This company continues to call our home and leave messages for someone who does not live there.  They've been told not to call and continue doing so.  Kevin Jones and Angelica Rosales I believe are the names of the last 2 people.  Angelica admitted that our number has been removed from their call list but we still continue getting calls.   I spoke with Angelica on 11/3 and said i'd report their harassing calls.  She was rude and had the audacity to tell me to change our number if we didn't want any more calls.

These people do not take no for an answer. They keep calling my Job and my cell.
They also call everyone who they think are connected to me. How can I stop them from harassing me?

This company called today and asked for my husband.  After speaking to the rep, it was determined that my husband was NOT the same person as the person they wanted (same name - a very common name) and she told me she would delete our number from the call list.  Five minutes later they called my mother and when my mom told them that they do not have the right person, the woman screamed and yelled at her.  My father called back and complained - supervisor pretended that he was very sorry.  Idiots.

Received a call today on my cell phone looking for someone that I do not know.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  

I called the office back and explained that I received a call to my cell phone, that I do not know any person by the name of whom they are looking for and would appreciate being removed from their call log.  I spoke with someone named Shirley at extension 1330.  She was nice and told me that my phone number would be removed.  Hopefully this actually happens

called two times and wouldent say anything,called number back and asked why are you calling my number and dont say anything,i never got answer,they asked for diane and i said thats me ,they said that they were collecting a dept for bank of delware, for 1,000 i said that i never owed that ,

Be aware! They are crude, rude and just plain irrogant. I never received a phone call from them, but instead they called my parent's house. Asking for me, accusing my mom of being me and not telling them the truth. I haven't lived at home for almost 20 yrs. They than called my parent's fax number, my mom answered because she seen it was the same number, and again accused her of having an alias name and it was really me!! They are a bunch of scams. Threatened to impound my car if I didn't pay this so called debt, put me on hold for an hour and then "Mr Todd" came back to say he was called a way to staff meeting. WTF???!! I was not about to hang up, because I wanted to get to the bottom of this scam! They threatned to take $3,000.00 out of my checking account, which supposidly they had this information from my "debtor" I wrote them a letter, sent via fax and certified mail. I never heard from them again! They are a scam and horrible horrible people. They need to get a real job like the rest of us hard working people.

Caller asked for a person whom only existed legally for 8 months, me, under an old ex-married name.She identified herself as Stephanie from Scott Lowery Law firm. I asked what it was in reference to, bit curious who would be calling me using a name I haven't used in eight years, without telling her about the that not being my name (now I have). She asked if I knew a Joseph Coleman/Cullman (Couldn't tell).  I told her I knew alot of people, but can't recall that name.  She asked again, using his full name, Joseph Lance Coleman/Cullman?  I asked what it had to do with with and she said that there was legal matter abot Joseph and their records show I associated with him at one time.  WTF  I don't even know one Joseph Coleman/Cullman and she asked for me twiced, like I'd break down once she asked again, okay okay, I did it! I did it! Again told her didn't ring a bell.  She was very curteous in thanking me (used my old ex's name, a bit funny hearing it after all these years) and hung up.  Nice to know I can check it out on here and see they were just a debt collector firm, at least it wasn't another of those Nigerian skeemers.

Message on answering inquirung about next door neighbor, wanting a return phone call for information concerning neighbor.  Only original call received, no repeat calls as yet.

I didn't answer.  They left a message saying they were looking for my [***] nephew.  I wish I knew where the [***] was so I could turn him in.

I received a message from Stephanie Smith 12:02pm on the home phone and then the cell phone (to incorrect first name) for an urgent call back. It said to call back with any information to locate the person requested to 866-202-0021 x1351.

I received a phone call mistreating me for this company and threaten emotionally that they can put a lien to my house and they can take my mone from my bank accout. they were rude.

This company called me and I talked to Rebecca and I asked the information about my credit card that is in collection she did not want me to give the information so, she asked me to go and buy a prepaid card to pay the money How can I send money if I have not receive my account Number neither the address of that company.

Debt collectors harrassing me due to name similarity to someone who defaulted on loan.  Shotgun approach at calling every single person in the phonebook with name similar to debtor.  Very threatening collection approach, won't stop calling.  Scumbags- I have posted their photos and personal details on Facebook so they can't be anonymous any longer.

This Agency continues to call after I done told them they have a wrong #.  They are in violation of FDCPA.  They are nasty, once i said Wrong Number, lady said will mark as good number and will call back..

I'm receiving calls for a man and a woman that are NOT living or  associated with me, my home and my number.  My children are getting harassed by this company/employee and they are asking my juvenille children personal info and demanding that they tell them their own names and personal info             ....... I have called and told Ryan Stublefield,c/o P.Scott Lowery, P.C.   extension 1344  to "cease & decisit" , he refuses to listen and hangs up in the middle of my explanation.  I have a un-listed phone number and no one here has this name or affiliation with whom this company is seeking.

I emailed and verbally called corporate.  One more call and they will owe me

i too have been divorced for 20 years and they contacted my ex husband as well as my sister that lives in different state. i get 800 calls and they dont stop at all hours, even after 9pm central time.
they are ruthless. i had to go on a pay as you go all inclusive cell phone because the number of calls they made to me exceeded my calling minutes/usage which made me pay $120 over my normal usage in one month!
