customer issue, wright express service frozen, please call at 303 325 7300"
I never had a problem with Sprint. This started happening today, I entered my phone number into these stores online in the last 2 weeks: BEST BUY, WALMART, VICTORIA SECRET, NEW YORK AND COMPANY, and FAMOUS FOOTWEAR. Some jerk sold my phone number and I dont have free texts. - bjSame thing, from 9099: "customer issue, wright express service frozen, please call at 303 325 7300"
Sprint customer - DaveWe just got the message but will not respond in accordance to the messages found here. I clearly smells like a scam to me. Anyone who enters a credit card number needs their head examined, but we will probably see a report on the national news where someone got ripped off.
"9099: customer issue. wright express service frozen. please call 303 325 7300"- Caller: Unkown
- Don't Worry replies to LDon't worry, I didn't enter my phone number anywhere. Someone got the numbers by some other method. Your stores probably didn't sell your info.

- KJDo not just ignore it!!! You all need to call *2 on your sprint cell...for customer service. They will block that number for you!! You will not be charged. The rep told me in the future call customer support to report these scam numbers harrasing you and they will take care of it. Also, the rep denied that Sprint sells our numbers...I sure hope he is right. Take care.
KJ - chipperthanks for the posts everyone, i received the same text. sprint is my provider as well.
- savy attorney303-325-7300 DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE TEXT MESSAGES VIA RETURN TEXT OR BY CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER IN QUESTION! I WORK FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THESE ARE OUTRIGHT SCAMS. THE PHONE NUMBER IN QUESTION ORIGINATES IN THE DENVER, COLORADO AREA. THEY ARE BEING REPORTED TO SPRINT IMMEDIATELY. OH, BY THE WAY, OUR AG'S OFFICE USES SPRINT AND MANY EMPLOYEES JUST STARTED TO RECEIVE THIS SAME TEXT.
I REPEAT--DO NOT RESPONSE TO THESE TEXT MESSAGES VIA RETURN TEXT OR BY CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER IN QUESTION! - florida galHad Sprint for years. Didn't have any problems with text until we got Blackberry's one (1) month ago. All 3 are getting the same message.

It's interesting that the only people on this board getting these messages are with sprint. Seriously, we can put a man on the moon, but sprint can't figure out how to block these scam-texts?! - CA-SP replies to KDMI have Sprint and I just received the "customer service issue, american express service frozen. please call 303-325-7300" text message.
- Phished! replies to SukiMy boss got this same text... he entered in his info. We spoke to AMEX and they said that they would NEVER text / ask to call to "verify" your info. TOTAL SCAM we had to cancel the card and shred it. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!
