Received a call from this number this morning and no one was on the other line.  we are started to get several scam calls.. :(  be careful everyone.

this phone number called with a recording indicating the IRS is filing a law suit against me and to call #209-813-2917

just got a call from this number - omg - the IRS is suing me - they must be on a very tight budget - called from a pay phone. When I saw that, didn't answer but she left a message - she said this would be my final notice and I had better call them back or they would proceed with the suit. Found this site and read with interest the other posts. Guess they're moving from computer scam to govt. scam.

Just received a call from (303) 442-9290.  Recording said that I am being sued by the IRS.  Hung up the phone.

received an automated phone message from 303-442-9290 telling me that it was the IRS and it was my last chance to settle with them before they sue me.  Caller ID read US West Millennium, which is a pay phone company.  The message told me to call 347-708-0070, which is a Skype VolP in White Plains, New York.  These people have called many other individuals and businesses in my town.  SCAM!

Just got a call from this number; didn't answer as it said "pay phone".  They left a message:  this was the phony warning from the IRS that they are going to file a lawsuit against us.  Interesting how they use this number for all different scams, according to the previous postings:  from IRS to loan companies to Microsoft.  Pathetic.

This is a scam saying a law suit was file against me.
