Also just got a call with a hangup and no message..  I have a WA state cell phone #, though I'm in NC now.  Call was at 12:50 EDT.  A lookup shows a WV landline.  http://www.intelius.com/results.php?qp=304-973-9898,304-973-9898&ReportType=33.  The name is supposedly available, but I'm not curious enough to pay for it.

I have verizon service in CA... called 1 min. ago. I answered then hung up on them. I am on the National DO NOT CALL.. registery. unbelievable.

This number called both my cell phone and land line exactly at the same time, and undoubtedly called my new Google voice # since it disconnected from my cell once I picked it up on my landline.  Immediately heard a recorded message referring to listening to the message in Spanish so I hung up.

Just received call too from same number my cell listed it from W Virginia.  Hmmm!

Got a missed call from this # 6/28/10.

Just got a call on my cell phone from 304-973-9898 (on June 28 at 12:17 CST). I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I don't know anyone from the West Virginia area and no one in that area should have my cell #. I've had the same cell # for more than 5 years.

Called 06/28/2010 at 12:58 p.m., didn't answer, no message, called back and it said the number didn't work. I'll in FL, use Verizon.

Got a call from here 6/28 1:11p EST on my Google Voice line in New Jersey. Said a few things is Spanish then hung up...

Got a call at 10:48 am EST.

Just got a call from this number at 1:17. I'm in New York.

Just got called at 1:26 and picked up to an automated system in Spanish.

I received a call from this number at 11:44am today, June 28, 2010.  An automated recording in a woman's voice began to speak in Spanish about winning a Drawing or Lottery or Raffle.  I did not continue to listen and I hung up.  The call came in to my call phone.  I am a Sprint Cell phone customer.

Same as all above, just received a call from that # at 10:33am PST; didn't answer, no voicemail left. Google search brought me here.
