Received a call from a gentleman named Allen. Said I took out a loan and that I used the funds fraudulently. I was suppose to be indicted and I have court tomorrow. I explained that I never did that and I never received info that I had court. Everyone told me it was a scam so I googled the number and sure enough it was a SCAM. Filed a police report and a complaint

Thus caller stated that I owe money not to ignore the phone call or I would be sorry snd all he can say is good luck and god bless, he was very rude

I just got this call as well, none of what he said was true.  I'm contacting my local police department.

  I  keep getting phone calls says that I need to call ASAP or have lawyer call. Because I owe money to a loan company, a year ago. (  Yes I  have school and personal(s)  loans.  I know the loan did have is payed off.)  There is no way I owe money to a company a year ago.    

This number keeps calling and threating me about a loan never had a loan needs to be stopped

some a hole with this number called and left a voicemail...I didn't recognize the number..so I didn't answer...very threatening...voicemail just started off with and the "hotline to my office is.." and gave his number twice..then proceeded to say ."don't disregard return the call if you don't return call or don't hear from atty either I wish you good luck and good bye"..in a very threatening tone...

Do not trust, do not answer this call!!!!!! He is harassing!!!!! I'm very sick and he gets off on hurting people with telling them they are committing fraud and trying to take their money!!!! Please do not trust this thief!!!!!! He calls my job and my husband's call phone. I'm going to the police!!!!

I got the same rude man leaving me measages not only on my phone but also at my job this really has to stop I don't owe anyone nothing

Totally creepy. I am angry they have my number and have called me twice.

he has been calling me 3 times a day for three days now and says his name is Mark Smith. I am ignoring this person and I reported his number to the Ky State Attorneys Office Dept for Consumer Protection.

I almost got a serious heart attack from these scammers not funny

Have gotten this call several times. I do not answer anything i do not recognize, listened to the voicemail and its the same as everyone else.

I receieved a call today from Mark Allen as well and he had the same message that everyone else disclosed. I called the number back and muted my end od the phone, which he answered. He sounded quite automated and perhaps from the islands. I really didn't care to hear anymore of his voice so I hung up the call. I went to my phone options and set up a call rejection for that number specifically. I highly suggest everyone else do the same. I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR FOOLISHNESS!

I got a call 4 times with the same threatening message. He used Mark, as well, and extremely rude and threatening. Something if did not hear from me or attorney then good luck as situation unfolds... similar to that. I ighore  and put on block call list.

I've gotten this call a few times. This needs to be stopped!!

I recevied 5 calls and 1 voicemail from the same "Mark," guy with the exact threatening phone calls/voicemails as well.  I just remembered that I can block calls from another comment, so I did just that. Looks like he won't be getting his $5,484.11 from me or my lawyer. [***].

Note to you all reading this: I know who I owe and who I don't owe.  Always be on top of your debt if you have any, and always know your rights and local laws.  :)

They are scammers/extortionists located in India.  As such they are beyond the reach of US law.

Call blocker is your best bet.

They have my social and bank account.What did you do?

The important thing to remember is if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
