It's a time share company. They are scamming you. You didn't win a free vacation from a radio station. It was an advertisement scam on the radio. Call your credit card company and cancel the charge "for taxes". People who run scams like this should be shot and hung from their balls.

    Hi,
How were you sure that they were scamming you? Did they speak spanish... or who called you? I think that they want to do the same thing to my dad. Info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

My name is Carlos, I have a wife and a 3 year old child. I was scammed by this “Magic Tours.” It began when I was listening to Radio 94.9 Mega, the Spanish radio station. They said “who ever can name the song will get a free vacation.” I called in, and got it right. They told me i was the tenth caller and i won a radio contest for 94.9 Mega (today I found out they were only a commercial on 94.9 Mega). I would get a free “vacation package” for 3 people, in  the Marriot Hotels in either Orlando, Daytona, Las Vegas, or Cancun (Cancun ended up being BS). They told me it was a $3,500 vacation which i will be getting for free, and everything will be COMPLETELY paid for and they will pay everything, and all i would have to pay is the taxes which was $400.00. Which I agreed because I never won anything in my life.

I gave them my credit card number to pay the 400$, and they told me it was non-refundable, and I agreed. I spoke to the individual for over 35 minutes. At the end of the 35 minutes the call ended by him saying, “pleasure to do business with you, hope you will enjoy your vacation” and I said “thank you so much for everything” and as I was hanging up he said “ok, just remember plane tickets are not included.” I replied “EXCUSE ME?” But it was too late and he already hung up. I called right back and a woman picked up, I told her what happened, and she said “that is correct plane tickets are not included.” And then she put me on hold for twenty minutes and then the line got disconnected, so I called back and they told me to call customer service in the morning and complain. The next few days I consistently called customer service and I was told by them, every time something different like: “leave a message,” “call this number,” “send in a fax,” etc… and I got the run around for 3 days until I finally got worn out. So I decided to just bite the bullet and go on the vacation, I live in the Florida Keys so to Orlando it is 6 hour drive. Plus they told me I would get a free pass from them to “one” Disney theme park. So this past Saturday I took my wife and my 3 year old son to Orlando, so I can take my son to Disney.

We arrived at the Marriot at Orlando on Saturday night, and when I got there there were 200 other people just like me who also were told they won something. I was confused and didn’t know what was going on. All off a sudden I realized I was duped into a “time share.” I realized that it was a scam, there was nothing paid for as they promised, except for the room. Which even, THAT, wasn’t paid for by them, because it was paid for with ‘my’ $400. So I went to the reception and pretended like I was a visitor and asked her “how much is it per room tonight” and her reply was “Throughout all of January, February, and March we are running a special 3 night package for $75 per night or a 4 night package for $50 per night. Which would total $200.” I was pissed. I was paying 100$ a night for a room which was currently 50$ a night.

The next day, Sunday, I was forced to sit at the “time share” which I was told was going to be no more than a half hour long presentation. It started at 11:00AM, I was planning on it lasting until 11:30 and then being able to arrive at Disney with my son and wife at 12:00. But I was held there and held there, at the “time share” until 4:30PM. And by 4:30 I realized considering all the traffic and everything it would have taken me an hour to arrive to Disney, and if I would arrive at Disney at 5:30, and by that time, the whole day will be lost. So I couldn’t take my kid to Disney yesterday as I promised him. So I had no choice but to take the long drive back home, because me and my wife had work the next day. I am pissed, I still have 3 more nights at the Marriot that I can use, but I don’t even care anymore. I complained to my credit card today, and they told me “vacation packages” are non-refundable. I am considering on just letting it go because it will be too much head-ache for me, and I learned for my lesson.

Wow, I'm glad I looked up the number. I'm in California listening to a Spanish radio station and won a vacation to three different places: Florida, Cancun, Las Vegas, and of course like someone else mentioned here, I'm only to pay the taxes. I told the guy to call me back so I can get him my credit card info. Still waiting. Boy, do I have some questions to ask him. Thanks to your info, these scums feeding off of people's ignorance. Glad it didn't happen. So you are sure as hell I'm telling everyone I know about this.

I wanna congratulate 5 Stars Vacations because I won a vacational package when I called and gave the answered for a riddle, I won 3/2 Punta Cana and 5/4 Orlando. I went to Punta Cana, that trip was amazing and I got all the inclusive only paying $99 per person; it was very cheap because when I was in the hotel, I talked with the manager on duty and checked how much was if I have made the reservation by myself without this promotional package, and the cost has been more expensive than I paid.
They helped with the flight reservations and made me the reservation in a good hotel.

This is all [***], this blog receives a message once every 2 weeks and in 3 days (February 22 - February 26) there were seven posts, all saying the same thing, that they were happy with Magic Tours and had a great vacation. Doesn't that seem strange???? By reading those 6 posts in English and in Spanish it seems as if they were all written by the same person.

And if that is not weird enough, the second amazing thing is, as the famous saying always says "Leave the best for last," was, that all those 6 messages that originated from February 22-February 26, all came from the same IP address, which was "15.23.550.91"!

Fortunately everyone is starting to familiarize themselves with this "5 Star Scam Vacation" company. The Radio 94.9 should also be put out of business for allowing this fake scams to play on their radio station.

So in the future whatever your name is; Jesus, Juan Calvo, Maria Ramirez, Jennifer Smith, Angie or Flora next time just use 6 different computers and wait a couple of days in between each message. Sorry to burst your bubble.

    Peace

Another point worth mentioning, if you call the "94.9 Mega" main office at 954-862-2000, they will even tell you themselves that "5 Star Vacations/Magic Tours" is a time share.

I just can't get over the hilarious fact that Jesus, Juan Calvo, Maria Ramirez, Jennifer Smith, Angie and Flora are 'all' the 'same person.' That 'same person' is obviously the time share company (5 Star Vacations Magic Tours). It wouldn't take a rocket scientist Einstein to figure 'that' out!

I guess "5 Star Vacation Magic Tours Scam" are trying to use all these fake aliases and techniques in order to fix their image.

Jesus is actually the time share company trying to pose as 'fake' satisfied customer.
The time share company, I mean Jesus, also posted up in these places, all on the 22 of February:
