I get a call from this number every other day between 1-4pm central time.  I have told them that the owner of the phone has died and they still call back.

UPDATE:  This is how I got rid of these people after two weeks of nonstop harassment and hangups (whenever I told them not to call anymore).  Me: "Hello" caller: "Can I speak to _____?"  me: "cut the crap.  are you from online pharmacy?"  Caller: "Yes."  me:  "DON'T CALL ME AGAIN."  Caller interrupts, starts babbling.  Me "DON'T CALL ME AGAIN."  Caller interrupts again.  I scream "SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!' into the phone.  Interrupts again.  I screamed much louder "SHUT UP!!!! SHUT UP!!!!!!!SHUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTT UPPPPPP!!!!!"  Finally silence.  Me:  "HAVE I GOT YOUR ATTENTION NOW MOTHER F***ER?! CALL ME AGAIN YOU'LL GET THE SAME THING!!"  I hang up.

No more calls from them.  I've had peace and quiet for nearly a month now.  Hey, these people have called from this # at least three times a day for two weeks.  They hang up when I say don't call me again, either that or interrupt me.  The phone company annoyance call center didn't help.  I couldn't call back, trace or block the number.  It only showed up on caller ID.

If you are at the end of your rope, sheer rage and a temper tantrum comes in handy.

Keep getting calls from this number. When I finally answered it was just loud music in the background.  They won't stop calling!

I'm getting these same calls from the same number 305-678-9768 from someone who barely speaks english about some diet pill. i told them to stop calling and they will not stop. What can someone do about this?

I get calls all the time from this number on my business work phone....the best thing to do if you are bored is to haggle with them about the price of their drugs, they get really upset and ask if you are joking when you want to buy their drugs for 5$

Why do they keep calling you after you say no once? I would understand if it seemed that my number had been sold to another company as part of some huge list, but it's the same people calling over and over.

"Ricky" from online pharmacy called.  Ricky had a heavy accent and was undoubtedly calling from an Indian call center.

I told him abruptly that I don't speak to people like him and hung up.

Like others have written, this is an online pharmacy that uses spoofed caller ID numbers.  I have gotten innumerable calls from this (spoofed) number and others, all with the same purpose.  Asking them to put me on their Do Not Call List does nothing.  They often will call back five minutes later.

The reason I answered the phone this time is that no number showed up in my caller ID this time.  I usually don't answer the phone when I don't recognize a number.

I would like to report an unwanted call 305-678-9768.  Don't call me any more!!

I get several calls each week from this on-line pharmacy and keep telling them not to call me.  They may be some offshore company as they do not speak or understand English very well.  They are an incredible nuisance!

Multiple calls from 1-305-678-9768.  The calls come in several times a day, never leaving a message.  These calls are from an online pharmacy they claim.  They will often alter their caller ID to an ID related to Florida.  Being polite does not help, nor does being rude.  Political elections will be here soon.  Has anyone contacted their elected officials regarding this issue?

Cheer up, perhaps Pakistan and India will nuke themselves.

I used to get quite a few calls from these guys and then it went silent for the past several months.  However, they called my cell phone 7 times today!

Got a call from the above party. When you try to call you receive the message that this phone in not in service. This is not true as I found phone listed on internet as being a problem caller.

I have had success by pretending to masturbate when they call and trying to engage them in phone sex. I'm not kidding. It takes a few calls, but eventually they get really bummed out about it and take you off their list. I ask them what they are wearing and I tell them if they want me to by their product they have to say this or that. I moan and say their name over and over until they hang up. It works even better on the men than the women. Try it. Humiliate these punks and they will leave you alone.

They keep calling over and over again. asking for "Brad" who doesn't live here. It's driving us nuts.

After weeks of them calling my cell phone 2-3 times a day, I did what any sane person would do when asking nicely that they never call me again didn't work.  I got a boat air horn and when the nice lady named Angel called for the 157th time I told her to hang on for a moment and I stepped outside my office building, put the horn to the phone and blasted for about 15 seconds.  She started cussing (which was in very good english) and I laughed until she hung up.  She hasn't called back since!
