They have obtained the your information and phone numbers from online pharmacy's. That is how they know you name and much more. The are in the market to sell prescription medication, that is made in another county and shipped to Florida. I have been recieving there calls for over 2 years now. I know the numbers, so I just push the button that sends them to voice mail.

I receive calls from them as well from "410-8852", "+30 56789768" and "(305) 678-9768". The most annoying thing is when they call at 6am or 7am. I answered a few time: at 6am the lady (with strong Indian accent) told me that I requested to be called at 6am (kiss my xxx!!!). Another time it was a guy (strong Indian accent either) to sell me drugs, he was very rude when he understood I was holding the line for nothing... (I can play with these morons as well). Last time, I answered but nobody was on the line. I wonder whether they don't make money only by answering the phone call: they have enough technological knowledge to modify caller ID, then why not...?

No way to stop them. I wonder sometimes if I won't file a record to the police station, I believe there's some laws against harassment.

Received 2 calls this evening. Asked for me using my first name only. Said he was with Online Pharmacy. I asked him what he wanted and he said he didn't want anything than hung up on me.

Seems like that item I bought on eBay worked cause I haven't received any calls in over a month. What a relief!

I've received calls 10+ times from (305) 678-9768, 4 times from +30-56789768, and once from (410) 875-9709 since 3/31/09.  I can get as many as 6 times from (305) 678-9768 in one single day.  And just got a call from an unknown caller (a guy with Indidan accent) identify himself the he is calling from "U.S. Pharmacy" and he is the medicine that I ordered for me to pick up.  I asked him what is his name and what kind of medicine, he hang up right away.

I Google this number and surprised that there are so many people experienced the same problem.  I also wonder if there is anything to stop this type of harrassment.

I live in Québec province and have been receiving calls from 305-678-9768. I have made a research to know what company is the phone line provider. It looks like it is Bell South. I went on Bell South web site and tried to find a way to contact Bell South to make a complaint. The only way I've found is to send a message at: privacypolicy@att.com. The first time I've sent a message to that e-mail, it was read 3 days later. Since then (3 weeks ago) I had no news. Today, I've received two of these phone calls. I've sent two complaints at Bell South. What is it going to do? I don't.

They keep calling & calling & calling......I don't understand why this is legal????

Just sick and tired of getting calls on my cell phone during work hours. The guy even knows my name. I already received 4 calls in 8 hours. Have been ignoring it since the first time I answered. it is really getting on my nerves. Need help.

This caller calls several times in a day, I reported them to Do Not Call.gov and after three complaints they get fined. Everyone report them!!!!! After so many fines they will quit

I have even tried telling these [***] that the pills they sold my wife were the primary cause of her death and could they please remove my # from their list. No affect.

Initially I was getting "out of area" calls from "online pharmacy" every single day no matter how many times I told them they had the wrong number. After months of this I had privacy manager put on my line so their calls would not get thru. Unfortunately they are now calling from this number & the calls are getting thru.

If they are calling from Skype, search Skype users for "online pharmacy" and you will get 3 listings, one of which is allegedly in Florida. Maybe the solution is to bombard that skype line?

I'm so fed up & just wish the do not call law was at all effective.

I too get these calls at the least 2 times a day from the +410 number and the number with the +305 area code.  I also tell them to stop calling and when I do this they hang up and call back in about an hour.  What can all of us do about this?  I am getting tired of it.  If I don't have on my glasses, I don't see the number and pick it up and it is using my minutes.  Not happy... Can we file a polic report?

Receive this call periodically.  Very annoying.

I keep getting calls from these people and I say these because they use several different numbers to try to get thru. I even spoke a different language and the girl passed the phone to someone else to talk to me. I told them to stop calling me but I know it won't stop. They call at least 4-5 times a day and leaves an 888# to call back at, needless to say no one ever answers. Trying to sell meds.

These jerks have called me for a couple of years, always wanting to sell me drugs, some of which are controlled substances. Like everyone else, I've asked them to take me off their calling list, have threatened to report them (I'm on the DNC list and have been for years), been nice, been nasty, etc. Nothing works.

I've added their number to my blocked number list (through my phone company) and periodically I take it off to see if they're still calling. They are.

I'm tempted to start answering the call and identifying myself as the "Castration Station" and ask them when they want to schedule their appointment and if it's an appointment for just one or a group castration.

Maybe if I waste enough of their time, they'll finally take me off their calling list.

I get calls from them all the time too, here is what I'm going to try... I will see if speaking to them in spanish works and pretend that I don't speak english. If they call back after that, they will be getting a VERY loud alarm sound in their ears, thanks for the idea!
