These people have been calling my house for over 3 months now on a daily basis.  It does not matter if you tell them the person they are trying to reach is dead, they will not stop calling.  They will even yell at you for getting upset with them.  Consumer affairs told me they could do nothing about it unless I know what city and state they were in and I can not find that information.  I tried finding that info to no avail.  The other number they use is a 646 area code.

person who barely speaks english asking about diet pills. told them many times to stop calling and they continue. sometimes they call 4-5 times in a row.

Someone said they couldn't find out where the call is coming from, I found out the company is in Miami, FL but have no name of the company.

I get two or three calls a day...they ask for a certain name, and I tell them the person died. They hang up. And they call back the next day! Now I just don't answer the phone when I see caller ID say "Unknown Name" from a number I do not recognize. There ought to be a way to track these jerks and press charges.

same as everyone else, poor english telling me they are from some online pharmacy trying to sell me diet pills.

i got 2 calls today, no answer, and when i call back they say the phone is not working. they always call when im doing something. you think people would realize with the economy the way it is, people are on to all this scam or try to scam somebody stuff, thank you im glad i went into this site to find out what was going on, keep up the good work, maybe they will wise up one day and stop bothering people, and realize the day of people falling for this stuff is over.

I got a call from the same number today: 305-678-9768. I really want to report this [***]. Not only does it waste minutes when I answer, but it is so frustrating to get numerous calls a day. Who knows how I can report this?

I have receive at least 3 to 5 calls per day from this number.  They ask for my husband and then hang up.  I have told them we are not interested in whatever they are selling, He has told them and they continue to call.  Its the same man and women each time.  how do we stop this.  It has been going on for 2 weeks now.

I get 3 calls a day from this number. 2 list the number and the 3rd is unknown. It's like they think I'm stupid and can't figure it out. I told them to take me off the list, tried being nice, tried yelling, told them I'd report them... NOTHING works. I quit answering the calls several weeks ago, thinking they'd quit when nobody answers, NOPE. Still get 3 calls every day. Same guy, barely speaks english and asks me about prescriptions that I'm taking. I don't know how to get them to stop, so the only thing I can do is not answer. This is the ONLY spam call that I get and I'd really like to know how they got my number.

I'm getting the calls too from 305-678-9768, The only thing the caller ID says is that it's a Florida number. They must be using Skype because when I try to call back it says the number isn't in service. This is how bad our government has let it get.

i've been getting a call from the same person, different numbers every day, for about a week now.. the most i get out of it is that they are calling from us pharmacy's about a refill, as others have said, the man barely speaks english, once i got his name and he said peter which i doubt is his real name,  and as soon as i begin to say take me off your list and stop calling they hang up before i get the first 2 words out. whenever i try to call the numbers back it says the number is not in service.

i've never ordered anything from us pharmacy therefore there's no refll to be had.

After telling them I would not place an order for Zanax without first having a web site address, or customer service number, the woman finally agreed to give me a customer service number if I agreed to place an order for $319!  I got the number 613-398-6365 - she told me the name was UMG online and that the billing would come from Global Star SL.  I hung up and dialed the number - immediately going to a voice mail (no information). The area code is for Canada, although she told me they are based in Seattle.  The 305 678-9768 is actually a cell number in North Miame/Dade County Florida.  I can't find anything on them as of yet, but I'm going to keep looking. This is definitely a scam and they can be pretty persistent, even obnoxious when questioned. Heaven help any old, trusting person who they get ahold of.  I hope someone can find out who these people are.

I am writing you as a last resort to ask your help in stopping a gang of thieves located in India who are terrorizing tens of thousands each day in the United States,   non-stop.

They call me every ten minutes,  seven days a week,  offering prescription medicines that they ship from India.  

You can very easily confirm the damage they are doing to India’s good name by Googling  305  678-9758.  They also use many other numbers.   Here’s just two examples of actual experiences with the phone calls from India:

They call all the time "spoofing" different numbers. Tomorrow it will be a different number. They never stop. Ever.”
These thieves are using the Internet to place their abusive and non-stop calls.   The Internet Address they use for the non-stop calls to the 305 area code,  and other numbers they use,  will tell the Indian Police Service exactly where the thieves are calling from in India.  

To avoid even greater damage to the good name of India,   please take immediate steps to stop these thieves.   They tell Americans no one can ever make them stop.   You’re the only hope of tens of thousands of Americans that you will one day kick down their door and put all of them in prison.

Called multiple times a day for about 10 or 11 days...I never answered...even the first time...and they haven't called in about a week.  Hopefully they are done.

If anyone has any ideas to get these jerks to stop calling, please post asap!  They call asking me "you take xanax right?" then when i say no, they ask "what medications do you take?"  I have asked numerous times to be taken off their list, one lady called me [***] and told me to shut up!  I am sooo frustrated!

Same thing.  Some guy with an accent.  I rarely pick up, and only answer to mess with the guy.  That said, it is aggravating.  Is there a way to block numbers?
