Common sense around unsolicited calls SHOULD dictate that no calls after 9PM is the rule.  If companies such as Sun Survey do not share that view, then perhaps we need yet more regulation for them - just as was necessary for Telemarketers.....

From Aug 4 @ 5:09pm. 7:55pm, 8:58pm & 10pm (yes all on the same day) then again Aug 6th @ 3:48pm.  Calling and leaving no message.  It's coming from Miami... I don't know anyone in Miami.

3 calls in one day.  No message left.

got 2 calls from this number today - one at 4:00pm and one at 7:00pm to my cell phone.

yes, 3 calls tonight for me, most current one at 11pm.

They keep calling, I don't answer.  Most calls are during the day.  However, just got a call at 10.20pm tonight.  I informed the girl it was 10.20pm--she mentioned a survey, and I said, it's 10.20pm--we are asleep.  She apologized...hung up.  Here are the DNC exceptions by state.  http://www3.dncsolution.com/marketing/reginfo/reginfo6.asp  I persuade you to read it and take appropriate action.

These creeps call all the time.  If I can check caller ID, I don't answer, but last night I was getting out of the shower at 11:22, and the only phone I could grab was an old wire phone with no ID.  My mother is very ill, and I was truly afraid.  It was Sun Surveys.  If they were really calling from Florida, it was 12:22 am, but I assume they just use the number.  Does anybody know anything that can be done?

They called my house at 9:45 pm at night. No reputable company would call to do a survey at that time of night. Even during the last week of the presidential campaign, I never received a call later than 9 pm. Only the likes of scumbag bill collectors call that late.

They woke all three of my children. I called Wade Perry (president of the company) and left him a message to stop or I will fill up his voicemail with my calls every day. I recommend everyone else who is harassed by them do the same.

I received my first and second phone calls today.
The last one was about 9 PM this evening.
I called the number back and got a LIVE person.
I told them I want off their calling list.
She took my number and said it could take 48 hrs for it to go through the system, and if any calls do come through they apologize in advance.
It sounds good now let's see if it happens

Please stop calling people's numbers without their permission, its really annoying eexpecially when someone is not interested in you call. I will report this number to the BB.

Thanks for the assumption, but I don't believe I insinuated that I, myself, am the one paying off student loans. In any case, people have worked in worse places to pay off innumerable inane or even significant things. Also, since when did you believe every person is working a single job? Many of the people at Sun Surveys have one or two other jobs, both part-time or full-time. And for the record, not everyone needs to go to college to become something of themselves. Further, it's not like all these people are working this job for years and years. There are a select few who have been there for nearly a decade, but most people there sit through a few months, enough to get them to where they need to go, and enough time for them to find a better job. Received a call at 10:21 caller ID Said SUN SURVEY's. I answer.  They ask for me by name, I said speaking, they said this in Sun Surveys. I said DO YOU REALIZE ITS 1030 at NIGHT. She said "sorry about that". I hung up. What kind of business are they running. i am definately reporting them.
