Respect? What the H does your organization know about respect when you call people after 10 and 11 pm? People are having their privacy (and sleep) violated by your company's calls. That, to me, means you don't deserve any respect.   And, by the way, "baby's" is possessive, not plural. The plural is "babies". Try learning proper English before wasting your time here.

    Screamer
I just pick up the phone, politely wait for them to start speaking, then I scream into the phone.  When you do this be sure to whisper first so they turn up the volume on their headset.    I hope they keep calling...this is rather fun.

I received a call from the number. Apparently they didnt like my voice because even though I heard live voices in the background, the person on the other end of the line just hung up without speaking. More than likely it's one of the polling companies who are paid to get SPECIFIC results, so they target a specific demographic, and if you don't sound like someone who will give them the responses they want, they just hang up. In other words, they try to rig the results of the polls by only speaking to people they think will give them the right answers. OR even worse, they already have the answers, they just call a number, put a check in a box, and miraculously they have the answers they want without wasting time on actually asking questions.

I don't care if by law you CAN call me. Calling at 11:00 pm is rude and inconsiderate. Stop calling me. I will  NEVER answer an unknown number and won't call back if no message is left! Rude. Rude. Rude.

No they won't. Because there is NO list, the only way to get out of the system is to take the survey. Your silly response will only get you called back another day. Sorry to break it to you. Get over yourself.

What part of automated dialing system don't you people understand? We don't pick your name and we don't know how many time our dumbass system decides to call you, We just read a script, that is all we do. So yelling at us? Not helpful to you or us. There is nothing we can do, even if quit our jobs in protest (which none of us can afford to do) someone else will take our place. So get over it. It's election time. Of course you are going to get political calls. And guess what? We get these kinds of calls too. All the time. We're just not [***] to the people who call us.

So does this mean you won't be voting? Because guess what [***], we get surveys from both parties candidates. That means both presidential candidates have gotten surveys from us. Yep.

Yep. Actually we get more surveys then. Also, if you people took the survey earlier in that day when the system (not us, the system) calls you then it wouldn't still have you in there to call back later and we wouldn't be forced to sit there all night. You think we want to talk to at 10 at night? Phs. I sure as [***] don't. I want to go home to my family, see my kids before they go to bed and go to sleep myself. I can't because of self righteous [***] like you that refuse to take a simple survey. But I have bills to pay and a family to feed, so no choice. Trust me, if and when one presents itself I'll take it. This job sucks, we all know it, but we have to work to live. Get over it.

You've got a lot of nerve complaining that people don't take your unsolicited surveys early enough! Maybe some of us are, I don't know,... AT WORK when you call earlier?!  Nobody is forcing you to sit anywhere all night.  If you weren't harassing people that don't want to be called, you could be home with your family.
People have phone service for their own convenience, not for the convenience of telemarketers and other nuisance calls like from your company.  If nobody answers the first time, your calling system should take their number off the list.  Then your job would be done earlier and you could go home to see your kids!  No legit company calls people after 9 pm.  Just because the DNC list doesn't pertain to surveys doesn't mean you should call people after 9 pm.

Why should I be forced to take a phone survey?  If I don't, you'll call back at 11:00 at night??  I had 2 calls, 4 minutes apart tonight.  I NEVER answer a phone survey, and I NEVER buy something if I don't initiate the contact.  Surveys are nothing but trying to sell you something anyway.
