I got this missed call as well, 7pm on a weekday.  My cell phone is a listed National Do not call.  I believe there is a fine of $11k each time they call a number which is on a DNP list.

Just got a call from them. argh.

I urge you guys to file a complaint if you're on the Do Not Call list and these guys are continuing to call you. I just did - it was very fast and easy.  I don't believe anything will be done unless people actually start to file complaints against these annoying telemarketers. Received only one call just a minute ago.

Area code 305 is Miami, Florida and I don't know anyone from there. I don't know how they received this cell phone number either.

Called at 9:39 eastern time. I picked up and no answer.

Annoying call no message

Well, i actually work for sun surveys, its just a company who does political opinion polls. we have your numbers random that our computers generate to us depending on what part of the country were doing surveys/interviews in at that time.

If you are on the "do not call list" doesn't matter, we are not soliciters, we are not selling you anything, which is what the "do not call list is for"

Any way, just wanted to let you people know were not EVIL just trying to get some important opinions of our fellow americans.

they get your names generated by their computers because you are registered voters in the u.s.a.
that is soley the reason this company has your phone numbers. it's no conspiracy. the employees, (yes bob, most college students trying to pay bills) are not allowed to leave messages, so when you dont answer the calls the computer will re-call at a later time/date until you answer and either take the survey, or tell whoever calls you you're not interested. There are some employees who in their own minds, think if some1 is very rude when they answer the phone, think its funny to click in the computer to call back, so i just suggest you answer the phone politely...and you will be removed from the system. or if they keep it up, call the main company and talk to the supervisors. There is no "do not call list" for sun surveys because, they are not solicitors....they are not selling anything, or asking for a donation, and no they are not "selling info". they just want your opinions, that's all. plain and simple. for general polls and magazine info, just to see what fellow americans as a whole think of what going on with the problems in our country. thanks.

what is going on with this country is that companies like this do not have the courtesy of calling during acceptable hours....ironically I probably would have taken the survey if they hadn't called at 930pm

i actually work there. and it doesn't really have to follow the rules of the do-not-call list because we aren't selling anything (at least thats what i've been told). its just a survey, true it might take like 15-20 mins but if you answer and refuse we generally don't call back. after 4 rings we hang up and eventually it recycles the number and we call u back until it does. we are strong. we are legion. we also work till midnight.

We received a call from this number on a Sunday evening at 6:45 pm. They did not leave a message and we did not answer the phone. The call was received on a cell phone.

They called my house, I told them to not call again, they did, but I told them I spoke to someone and I don't want them to do another call, so they didn't! I really don't recognize the torment of a phone call or freedom and ability to say NO, NOT INTERESTED.

Who is really crazy???? The research company or the resident, sitting at home waiting and counting minutes and number of phone calls for an at will survey?

This is a survey group from some Democrate liberal spewing propaganda FOR Obahma and AGAINST John McCain. The questions were so patheticly worded to make Obahma sound like the new Messiah and John McCain like the devil himself.  They should be ashamed of themselves.

BUT YOU DON"T HAVE TO CALL AT 10 PM....COMMON SENSE SHOULD TELL YOUR COMPANY THAT CALLING A HOME WITH SMALL CHILDREN IS VERY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! And by the way, no one is EVER interested in doing the survey!

Then why is noone on the phone when you DO pick up.  AND...if you want someone to take a survey and provide meaningful information, why, why, why do you call after 9:00 at night?  People are getting ready for work the next day, getting their kids ready for bed, etc.
