Yes they did suspend the License even after I paid $1600.00 out of pocket claim and I cannot find a legitimate number to call to have them fax over any receipts to DMV office to have my License re-instated!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!

This is why I haven't paid them anything cause you send them money they claim they will send you proof of the payment also send it to the insurance company but they never do so you still stuck with the bull anyway I got messed over twice by companies like this now I'm dealing with these fake [***] [***]

i got into an accident in 2012, i was not ticketed and the police said no one was at fault they didnt even say anything to me showed up took a report and that was it, i moved to idaho, then 3 years later they call me tell me i owe 10,500 and my license is suspended, i told them i want an itemized list of everything that they are coming after me for, they said they will email me, i told them i want all of it mailed to me in paper, "because emails can be altered", well a few months down the road they called me again saying i owe 11,500, my lawyer said they cannot add on interest unless your being sued, this place said they were going to sue me but never have filed anything against me i was not served with papers at all, everytime i talked to one of their law people they were very rude and demanded i pay or they are gonna sue me, my lawyer is gonna look into it more see if the law firm is one of those shady places just looking to pray on young/ older people for money, and if they havent filed anything against me and continue to threaten i will be taking them to court and suing them for false claims/ allegations and harassment, and i have to pay them to get my license back once they are paid they will email the DMV they said, but im glad im not the only one this is happening to!

I had gotten into a car accident without insurance back in April 2014. My car was totalled, but other car was able to drive away with no problems. Four months later I start getting calls from this company stating I owe 6,000 or so worth of damage and that it would go up due to hospital bills. Next call I owed around 13,000 and lady on the phone said my license would be suspended if I didn't pay 3,000 up front. They sent me letters in the mail also. I had got a new phone and number and never heard anything from them since...not even letters through the mail. This is a false company trying to make money by intimidating you. If they contact you, don't even talk to them. They will eventually quit contacting you when they find out you won't give them anything.

Called saying she was from Wilbur law firm and I was in a car accident in a state I've never even been to and then was very rude and said she'll get her 10,000$ when I refused to give her my address.

They called my grandmother claiming somebody in the residence was involved in a hit-and-run accident in New Hampshire and that the damages totaled $8,000 and to pay up before the sheriffs were sent to "deal with us." My grandmother did not know it was a scam and attempted to wire the money to them before I stopped her. These are sick people, praying on the elderly like this. We are in Oregon and have never even set foot in New Hampshire but they frightened her enough to get her trying to wire money. Absolutely disgusting.

The caller goes by the name Dana and the company is a "Wilbur Lane Law Firm." HANG UP as soon as you see this number!!!
