Have been calling for a couple of weeks and have never left a message.  They're on the web and seem to be a legitimate call center and solicitor for charities.  But I've blocked them now.

answered the phone, could hear them breathing, but they said nothing , then hung up ?????

I get calls every day and it NEEDS TO STOP.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?

Received a call from this number, but I don't answer calls that I don't know the number. No message left. Will block this call. Thank You to the people that share their calls here. ii really helps.

Spam call. Autodialer hangs up & leaves no message. BLOCKED

Called around noon and again around 1. Didn't leave a message.

They've called me 4 times TODAY! Do not call lists do not help! :(

Hung up on voicemail. Blocked.

They call me constantly even though I have them blocked.  at least this is the number shown in the caller I.D.  I would never do business with anyone who calls that much and knows their calls are blocked.  I would never recommend them.

Usually when a number ends in -__00 it means that's the main incoming number for the business. Additional numbers above that would be individual employees' phone extensions.

That is also why "spoofing" Caller ID is useful for a legitimate business: do you really want people to call back the unique extension of the employee who called you (who may be away from their desk or at lunch, and you get their voicemail, which may not be heard or responded to for some time), or do you want to reach the company's main receptionist who can direct your call to an available human? It's like a Reply-To email address that points to a company's main support email address.

They call me 3-6 times a week.  The number is blocked but rings once and wakes me up.  I'm old and have problems sleeping so this is a  medical problem.  They know it's blocked because it cuts off at one ring.  So, yes this is a scam when they harass people to the point of distraction when it's obvious they do NOT want their call.

Cold Call left no message BLOCKED

This number is blocked on my phone but they call 5 times or more a day, 7 days a week. Robo calls do that when they do not get an answer. These people are not a charity they are relentless sales people. They have been calling here for months. This is a business. We do not need the numerous calls clogging up our phone.
