Asking personal information about my living, house & childrens date of births stating they where from the disease controle servey center from Chicago. Called several times including on holidayz..

Is this company lagit.. lol Thinking not. They say they ben doing serveyz for 20years. The ladt numbers i think i diffrent from that actual company. Asked them why so many personal questions & they hung up.. Any answers

Info pulled straight off of cdc.gov. If you don't have 15 minutes to answer the questions for the survey just don't do it.

Lmao...there's a DPHSS all around the nation not just Guam!

My 15yr old son just received a call from this number asking him if it was a safe time to talk and they started asking him about child abuse in another country.

I wish out of state phone numbers would stop calling me. I am on the do not call registry and I wish they would stop spamming me.

There's no way of stopping the calls from being initiated. Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

No message, just talking in the background

This is a legitimate survey done by the CDC to determine what portion of the population is vaccinated against communicable diseases and federal law ensures that they will not share information you give them or use it for any other purpose.  The number is listed on their site at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/imz-managers/nis/index.html

rec'd call, did not answer

This is a legitimate call. Mailers were sent out weeks ago from the government saying these calls would be made. The CDC is trying to get a handle on possible upcoming outbreaks of illnesses that mostly affect children due to all of the people who are not having their kids vaccinated. Take a look at what is going on in Arizona right now with the measles outbreak. It's a simple survey that could help children. It's not a prank or a scam.

An immunization survey for children up to 4 years old I think she said. I don't have kids, so that's all the questions they had for me. I asked the purpose of the survey, and she said it was so everyone that wanted to get vaccinations would be able to. Nice young lady. She said she was taking me off the call list.

repeatedly kept calling. called back and said the call would be recorded. answered yes to the under 17 questions and hung up.

The female started with this lengthy opening and first question was if I was doing drugs at the present time.  That was when I told her I was on the DNC list and I couldn't believe anyone would answer invasive and inappropriate question like that.  She actually didn't hang up but after reading  below the information that the actual CDC survey is over and the  number is not the correct number, topped with info on their website confirming that, now it just makes me MAD.  I'm not sure if there is a scam involved, but callers trying to get info to steal your money or asserts makes me sick. They are really the lowest scums on earth.

The fact that when you Google this number and   the CDC doesn't come up anywhere  around, that should tell us something.  If this was their number, I think it would be somewhere

Came in on my kid's cell phone and it's a tracphone. wasted her very few minutes.
