You are absolutely correct, I am in New England and I participated in a survey for my Daughter through medical insurance and a month later I received an invite for another survey involving vaccine history, so it's not a scam and you are also correct about the time that they call, it's about calling after work and not  interrupting you during dinner.
So be at ease.

Well, the CDC is in Atlanta and this number came from Chicago, so I do not think it is a legitimate call. Second, all kids are required to have proof of vaccinations on file at schools, so they could get everything they need from them. I have a pay as you go cell phone that I never give the number out for it, but they called me on it twice. They would not have any reason to call about kids at the number and they cost me money.

This number is definitely a scam!! Just hang up. Told me I won a free hotel stay somewhere because I stayed with them. I have definitely not been at any hotel.

Stop making inane demands of a website that is not calling you!

I received a call from this number over 2 weeks ago. i asked them to take me off their call list and not to ever call again. Well they have since called me over 5 times, most of those time are after 8 pm. How do I get them to stop calling me. My phone doesn't have a call block on it just a filter that lets allows them to call but doesn't hang up on them.  Tired off them calling.

He said they were doing CDC survey about childhood vaccinations.
But first, he asked if I was doing anything that would make it unsafe for me to talk, such as driving. (it was during rush hour!)
I told him I was tired of getting weird calls on my cell and did not answer any questions and hung up.
I wonder why they don't even try to say CDC on the caller ID -- who's actually making these calls anyway!

I was not here to receive the call, but it showed in my caller ID.  I am quite sure this is legitimate because we received a notice in the mail yesterday about this survey.  We have no small children living at home, so it would have been a short call if we had been here.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
