It is the University of Chicago conducting a survey for the CDC I confirmed that it is legit whether or not you want to answer their questions that's up to you but they weren't invasive

Received a call at 3:46pm central time. Answered it only to be hung up on. Not sure who it was and they didn't call back but due to the comments from other callers I went ahead and blocked it shortly after reading this. Even if it is someone doing a survey, my number is listed on the do not call list so don't know why they're even calling.

Got a call from a polite man who said he was doing a survey for the Center for Disease Control.  I hung up on him, thinking that he was going to reveal some sales pitch, but now realize that the call was probably legit.  I'm annoyed that the scammers make me rude to the very occasional non-scammers who call.

When one of these idiots calls from an unrecognizable number, I let it go to "missed calls".  Then I look up the number on the net to see if others have gotten calls from them.  If I determine it's a telemarketer or some other equally annoying creature, I put the number in my contacts list and change the ringtone for that number to "no ring".  Now the call doesn't ring.

When phone rang - I didn't answer call because I didn't recognize number. Caller I D said NORC U - Chicago. They left voicemail - voicemail was a guy saying SO YOU - YOU ARE A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER . Obviously using the University for PRANK CALLING. Very offensive & not funny. Student should be expelled.

The lady that I talked to was very polite and understanding when I said I don't answer questions over the phone from an unknown number that calls me. She said she understood and gave me the website that gives the details on why they are calling for this survey.

But the basic rundown she gave me was that the University of Chicago was doing this survey to determine the number of children in the state that are properly immunized and those that are not and why. I did not answer any of the questions as I said I wanted to look into the website first and she said she'd call back in a few days. From what I can tell the survey is legit and they are trying to get more funding to get all of Illinois children properly immunized.

They keep calling and calling and calling.

Called and rang several times. Didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. I looked up the # here and saw 20 pages of entries. I blocked the #. Why waste time??

"NORC U CHICAGO" is the caller ID for this number that has called at least twice: today, 7/13/17 and also on 7/10/17.  I answered the call today, but did not speak.  After about ten seconds, the female on the calling end said, "Hello, caller?  Caller, are you there?  I am going to hang up now."

The caller  left a voice mail message and they identified them selves as Centers of Diesase Control. Now why would the CDC call me to see if I had small children. I find this as a scam call to get information. I never pick up calls I don't know so I let voice mail pick up the call.

Calls every month, leaves no message.  When I answered call, caller paused for extended period, then said "Hello?".  I believe he was trying to get me to say "Yes?", which they can then use to fraudulently bill charges to your line. When I did not reply, he hung up.

Has called 5x at all hours.  Has only left one message.  If they need statistical information the US Census Bureau should have anything they need to know, and probably don't.  I wonder if MERC pharmaceutical has anything to do with this ?  DO NOT CALL won't do anything because they are  supposedly a survey.  They sound like some kind of child molester dialing for victims.  Wonder if my US Senator can help ?

Called me at 9pm on Sunday. What  professional business calls on Sunday night!

CDC does NOT conduct 'surveys' and is a scam-spam just as the fake Chase Bank 'survey' and 'surveys' from law enforcement. People like you keep this crap going.
