Called trying to see SEO servies; BOGUS!!!!

I found this site by googling this phone number.  I seldom answer calls from unknown area codes.

Nothing you do will keep them from calling back so have some fun with them.  Press 1 to speak to a person.  Tell them you aren interested in lowering your credit card interest.  They will ask you many questions...feel free to use the name Ricky R. Currier, 2549 Ross Street, Belleville, IL  62220.  Social Security number is 358-98-0309.  Your Mastercard number is 5588 3200 1566 5863 (security code 819). Your card expires 9/2016.  They will ask you for the bank name (Citi) and their 800 number which is 800732-6000.

All of the above is fake except the citi telephone number.  They will ask you to hold while they "verify" that your card is in good standing.  After 2 minutes they will come back to say something is wrong.  Change one number in the above credit card number and they will try again.  When they finally come back again to tell you there is a problem, tell them you just wanted to waste their time and besides they sound like NI*GERS and you don't ever deal with NI*GGERS.

They called twice -dead air.  I called back -- dead air.

I've been registered on the Do-Not-Call list for YEARS and NEVER before this had a problem.
So a short time ago AT&T got the go ahead to sell their customers' information. Shortly thereafter, AT&T came out with their 'number blocking' feature for like $4.99/month.
Since that feature has been available I've started to get these random calls from random numbers that are either hang-ups or from "Account Services"

I bet most of you are probably having the same issue because of this as well.

when i finally spoke to a human, my first question was "where are you calling me from?"  Her response can not be printed in a public blog, and then she quickly slammed the phone down.

Yet another scam call.  "Do not hang up.  We're calling with Account Services."  More nonsense about credit card rates.  This number has now called me THREE times in the past couple days.  Blocked.

I continue to receive calls from this number and when I answer, there is no one on the line and/or they do not leave a message.

the just called.  "Please don't hang up! You have a very important message from discover card services" lower your rate, blah, blah, blah.  Kept them on the line for a while and let them listen to the radio.  I'd love to get an address of the person that runs these types of companies but they probably aren't even located in the US.

I've been getting alot of calls from this same number.  I say "hello" and no one answers, however, if I stay on the line for a minute or so, it appears like somone hangs up.  When I try calling the number back, I get a message that the call cannot be connected as dialed.  So, good to know that I am not the only one who has received calls from this number
