Yes thank you!  I use to be in quite a bit of debt and did (I'm ashamed to say) turn to pay day loans. I have since cleaned up my credit and doing great.  The pay day loans started a horrible nightmare of these scum bags coming out of the wood work and it goes on for years! !  I have been mentally tortured by these bottom feeders for 10 years.  I've been intimidated,bthreatened, cursed at. .one guy even told me he was going to rape me while my husband and kids watched me bleed.  They've called my work many times my elderly mother (who was in a panic) .  And just when there's a lull and you think they are finally gonna leave you alone. .it starts all over again! !
I'm glad you got out! I don't know how they sleep at night.  And inside information from someone who actually knows how they are is great!  Thanks again!

No necessarily true, Bert.  There are states that prohibit garnishment of wages, except thru government entities.
