how do your report this? the company itself is rude and unhelpful

amen brother! had that conversation with another company yesterday. theres was way cheaper but still did not get any results.

I recived two calls from this number didn't answer left recording from yo different jails I know no one in prison. I wish this would stop need to report it to the law.

How  do I get the info on how much city telecoin costs like it's calling plan??

I just got a call from this number, and I just kept hearing some woman talking in Spanish, sometimes interjected by a man speaking Spanish. I listened to it for a while, to see what I could figure out (I barely know any Spanish, but heard some numbers in there, "Saturday", "Sister", etc) but it eventually went dead and I heard nothing.

I don't think I know anybody in prison.......................I won't accept collect calls.  

I keep getting calls from this number and they need to stop. Don't know anyone in jail. And on top of that it is a business phone.

so i got a call from this # and did not answer.i googled the number and found this page.it was an inmate and they left a voice mail and it was someone i knew but didn't care to talk to.in my case it was a legitimate call.no scam

My daughter had to change her number after an imate called her by mistake and then he kept calling. They are lonely and desperate.

Some guy named dewaun (spelled different I'm sure) calles from this number. A pre-recorded  message preceeded stating I have a call from,  then dewaun says his name. Then it says this call will be recorded. I hung up. I don't know any idiot named dewaun in prison. Good grief! I guess these inmates are left to themselves too much

Received this call from this number stating that it was from Shreveport. Reno Country Jail. The person calling was asking for us to except the charges for a call from "Rhonda". we just hung up. They called back in less than a hour again. we did the same thing hung-up.
