The name of the inmate is given before you are asked to accept the call or add money to the account.

Obviously you were for these sorry scam artists. I don't know how anyone can rip people off like this and sleep at night. Evil

Your not helping anyone. you are getting rich off some poor persons mistakes and misery and poverty. Or their loved one who did NOTHING wrong. Evil.

6. so where do you publish how much of the money actually goes back to the jail? Where would the money come from? The taxes I pay and the taxes the inmates pay! Where do you think it comes from? Besides all of the exorbitant fines and court fees probation fees that they add on over minor traffic violations. That's where the money comes from.

My son is in Jail in Oklahoma, but the company that owns the phones in the jails are from LA, so if you know someone that is in jail, and might be trying to contact you it will be from LA regardless of what state they are in. If I am correct. I know the one he is using is anyway.

I have received 4 calls from this number today.  I don't know anyone in Louisianna or jail.  Could please have who ever is calling me to stop as this is annoying.

I have to agree with you, they just want you to keep adding money and the money you add doesn't even add up to the number of calls you can make. What a rip off!!!!

How do I accept a call?

this us a real scam inmates go fishing for good phone numbers when u answer u r hooked they have ur number now and they can make calls and have them charged to ur number get called id and answering machine and DONT EVER ANSWER UR PHONE

This number called me and spoke in Spanish and we don't even live close to LA. Someone needs to control these calls

I want the calls to stop. I don't know anyone in this facility. and I'm not about to pay to talk to someone I don't know.

First off your an idiot, my fiancé is in jail for something that he didn't do, its for something somebody else did that got pinned on him.  Secondly they are smart... PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES.... PEOPLE AREN'T PERFECT.... WE ARE HUMAN....TEMPTATION, PEER PRESSURE, AND SEVERAL OTHER THINGS PLAY A HUGE ROLE IN THE HUMAN SOCIETY.  Lastly you don't know what that person has been through what they are going through or even why they are locked up so you should stop while you are ahead.  So if you have a problem with an inmate keep YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENTS TO YOURSELF.

Got a call on my cellphone, but did not answer because the number was unknown to me.  Glad I did not answer. When does our government do something about this.  Even the FCC can not or will not do anything.

We have received phone calls from this # for 3 days now and we always hang up.  We don't know of anybody in jail.  So far, I have been called twice today.

Very well stated!  The phone companies and the canteen companies are robbing all of us who have to pay if we want to communicate with our family in jail.  I agree I dont know how they sleep but I am sure it doesn't bother them

We are. Getting a call from 318 746 1250 daily. Own phone company charges five bucks for blocking feature. How can I stop these jerks from harassing us with their cals?

I do not know anyone that would be contacting me from jail. I do not want to receive calls from this number anymore.
