The number they called me from is 320-207-5850. If it's a debt collector, it is a scam. My credit rating is over 800. Also I've had the same phone number just short of 30 years, so they are not looking for someone that used to have my number.

They left a message saying  I owe IRS and bench warrant issued that I need to call.  I did not call.

They called 7:32 am. Picked up call, they asked for "Carol." When I asked, "Who?" They immediately hung up. There is no one by this name at this number.  I get a whole lot of calls for a "Carol."

Called & didn't leave a message. I've been getting other calls like this from Midland Credit so it may be them?

This number has been posted on an internet as a number to be aware of. They change numbers they have several numbers that they use. It is 9:05 p.m. here in California and they just tried to call me. That is after hours, wouldn't you say?

Disconnects as soon as I say hello!!!!

Not sure what company called but, they failed to leave a voice message. If you don't leave me a message so that I can know whom you are...this means you don't want a call back!

Same as other folks - called at 8:14 am - did not answer - blocked them.

They call me every day , even Sundays.I have a debt of
$ 345,657.07 because Amex credit card...I won't pay any dime...you ruined my credit...burn in hell !!!

MIdland credit  -- they use many numbers from all over the country - they buy old debt -- thats already a hit to credit report and want you to pay them DO NOT ANSWER any numbers you dont know --once you say hello - they know the number is good - valid - and live and calls will come more and more -- just BLOCK them

Don't answer the calls?  That is no fun.  I think it is much better to make them follow the law, and when they do not, sue them and make them pay you.

Wait, you actually ran up a debt of over 1/3 Million Dollars on a credit card?  How?  How is that their fault?

Called left no message.  I called back said they were looking for someone not me, took me off their call list

Calling my business number constantly throughout the day and night. Blocked the number but they still manage to get through.

Midland credit management, has called me twice now. He had an Indian or middle eastern accent. They asked for my social and my address, no I didn't give it to them of course. I asked if this was a scam. Course he said no. I asked what he wanted and he said he couldn't disclose  anything till he had confirmation.
I told them I have never heard of their company before I don't have an account with them. I told them to stop calling me and to take my number off their list.
I'm now blocking said number.

So sick and tired of these scam calls!

This is a debt collector.  They outsource their calls to India.  Everything else you need to know, including how to permanently stop the calls has been detailed in this thread.

Indian guy called before 0830 and asked for me, I replied by asking for his name, he told me John, I said John from where/what company, he said it was a personal call, I told him if he cannot tell me what company he is calling from then I cannot give him me, told him to have a good day and hung up..less than a min later my husband's phone rang from same number, he didn't answer. We both blocked the number.
