Midland Funding Credit Collection.  They obnoxious and pushy.  Ask all the wrong questions and in total violation of the law. DO NOT give them ANY of your personal information.  Tell them mail to you what they want to the address THEY show on file.  Reported....

received the call about 9:14 this morning. I didn't bother answering the call and they didn't leave voicemail message. Might be an debt collector, but I don't have any debt in collection.

"I don't have any debt in collection".  What makes you think that matters to them?  However if you want the calls to stop permanently, that simple solution has been posted in this thread.

Keep getting threat calls from this number

They have called several days when we were not home and on Sunday they woke us up. West Coast time.  Didn't speak when we answered the phone and no message.  We don't owe anyone so why would we receive a collection call.

I did not answer the call since it was not a local number. I am assuming it was spam.

Called my cell phone number twice today.  Did not answer and no message left.   I have no debts so if it is still Midland calling. I have no idea why.

Didnt leave message. When I called number back they identified themselves as Midland Credit Management. Wouldn't tell me anything else without sharing my personal information. I blocked number

By law, debt collectors cannot disclose anything about a debt to anyone but the debtor without express permission from the debtor. They can give their name, the company name when asked and state the call is an attempt to collect a debt but nothing else without verifying they are talking to the right person.

The really great news is that the permanent solution to your problems has been posted in this very thread.  The bad news is that it appears that you did not read the other posts to find it and implement it.

CALLED TWICE NO MESSAGE

Calls almost everyday from different numbers and area codes.   It is Midland Credit they do not leave messages and are very annoying with the calls.  I block the number and they call from a different one or call private.

Now see, this is why reading is so important.  Had you read the other posts you would have found the permanent solution to your problem.  Alas, I guess you will have to put up with the harassment.
