- Joe (NH)Caller ID showed: PRIVATE NAME. Don't know who it was. My landline is protected by a call blocker unit. They didn't follow the instructions from my call blocker so it blocked the call automatically.
- DR (Hawaii)CallerID = "Private Name", phone number 321-549-5887. I get a lot of these types of calls on my landline, so I never pick up unless I recognize the full number. Lately I've been getting scam calls that pretend to be from nearby, i.e. the CallerID displays my area code and the first 3 digits of my phone number. Tricky little spoofers.

- Pete"Hello this is Mike from Microsoft technical support......" I just started laughing at him and he laughed back ..... Get a chance watch a video that a English guy did hacking into their own computers while he was online with them, he got all the information on them and turned it over to the authorities, they go after bank account info, so do not let them on your computer. The video is on you tube, just do a search on India scammers.

- KLD replies to RI had a phone call last night at this hour (8:00 pm EST) claiming to be from Windows and stated I had an issue, I told him I had a Mac so that was not true & told him to not call my house again, he promptly hung up. He just called AGAIN tonight and when I told him very loud and sternly that I told him last night not to f*ckin calm my house again he started asking me if I “wanted a [***]” and would I be interested in getting a big [***] from him.” I told him to f*ck off and hung up! The idiot called AGAIN (immediately) and this time I told him he was being recorded so to continue talking and he is so stupid he continued to ask me if I was interested in a [***] from him! My husband does I.T. But we weren’t able to find where he’s from. My husband had me call the number that I’ve been getting calls from and “this call cannot be completed as dialed” is the message I get! I am so pissed that this [***] happens in this day and age , and can’t be traceable and stopped. But then again .. “in this day and age”😡 Ive blocked this [***] from calling my home.

- George Saufley1-321-549-5887 Called. Claimed to be from Microsoft and that my computer is sending out male-ware messages. I asked him to describe the malware messages. He couldn't. I said, you called my friend who is an engineer and you told him the same story. The engineer told him that his computer was off and asked him how it could be sending malware messages. He cursed him and hung up. I told him that the engineer had his "voice print" and his voice print matched yours. Next I asked him again what are the messages was my computer was sending. He said, the computer was "second guessing Trumps tweets and behaviors" and no human brain could be that accurate. He said that he was my friend and he would meet me downtown Rochester and we could go to a party together.
