Yeah, I agree. The DNC is simply a useless system. This 321 number, a few of them now are starting to hit my cell phone. Pretty pointless to figure out how this Florida # got my cell phone no. I do not post this anywhere publicly

...then again like I said, it's pointless - these robo-scumbags have ways to grab any number for no reason.

I got a call at 4.39 PM. Someone named Robert offered me a free Disney vacay :) Ooooooooh .... can't wait! To give him credit he was very nice and when I asked to be removed from this list he said "Right away!" It remains to be seen if he follows through with that.

This is not a bill collector, this is a scammer selling vacations, or sometimes they sell other things.

This site has nothing to do with the callers and is not connected to the DNC, this is a site where people go to write what they know about thses callers to inform each other and give advice. This site will not stop any calls, so yelling what list your on, or stop calling me is not going to help. Just write what your experience was if u want and read other peoples posts. It is a very useful site, block the number on your phone if you are able to.

Noting that a rider to a bill signed into law yesterday has removed the restriction on telemarketing to cell phones - and may have nullified the existing DNC listings for them, potentially requiring that you have to re-register for the DNC - it appears that even the "legitimate" the telemarketers have wasted no time going back to their old, unconscionable, obnoxious, infuriating habits.  Obviously, at this point, we all need to ramp up the pressure on Congress to simply ban telemarketing and "surveys", and make more than trivial failure to comply with the DNC a criminal act with felony penalties for the owners, managers and supervisors of the businesses involved.  Fines alone are not enough; these people have become adept at churning their incorporations to ensure that by the time enforcement knocks on the door, their company's revenue has all been stripped leaving nothing to pay any fines - and the fines are never enough anyway.  Place the fine at three times the revenue from the operation during the period of violation, with the corporate veil pierced by statute, and they might decide that the scam wasn't safe to run anymore.  But most of all, VoIP service that allows spoofed caller ID needs to become a felony to use OR PROVIDE, with revocation of the license to operate for any telecom that permits it.

Update:  The info I was given about the cell telemarketing ban being lifted appears to have been bogus - but the fraudsters are definitely getting bolder, and robocalls (which are plain illegal, whether you're on the DNC or not) are continuing to go up.

Got a call from this number and immediately hung up on them. Too many bogus vacation offers. NOTHING is free. They called my land line.

I have Call blocker pro on my Blackberry 9950 Bold. Has many options. I use the option that if you're not in my contact list it hangs up on the call no voice mail, or you can set up a number of different ways. This isn't a AD I found this little APP great while I waited to File for Chapter 7. After my discharge I will probably leave on, If you're not in my contact list I don't want to talk to you. Less then $3.00

I have had the same phone number for SEVERAL YEARS. There has been no scam calls made in the last decade to this number until recently from this number, x 2. I live in Michigan, and I am suspecting a Physician's office in the same area code to have sold my personal infomation seeing as how the two share the same area code. I am suspecting the physician's office is guilty of other fraudulent activity as well. Maybe I am mistaken? Call was made to a cell phone. They even called after 8:30 at night.

I have received calls from this number several times since the weekend - when I call back it’s listed as disconnected. Who calls from a disconnected number? Why?

1.BLOCK them on Your Phone.

2.CALL the FCC and Complain

3.Call AND Visit your MAYOR and State Senator/Congressman to Complain.

4.Let them know that you will take Legal Action if they do not Stop Calling you.

5.Do the SAME for ALL Telemarketing Call from Scam Companies,Then Watch them Squirm.

This is a criminal organization calling to try to scam you. Block the call.

I also keep getting missed calls from this number and am on a DNC list.  I have blocked this number from my phone.

Keeps calling my phone and my wifes phone. No message left when we do not answer.
