My mobile phone just blocked this call.  No message was left.  I found that taking matters in my own hands has saved me a lot of grief.  I have an android phone and purchased "Extreme Call Blocker"  Anyone not in my call list or any number not in my white list is automatically blocked.  I am not an advertiser...just really appreciate this app!

Pre-recorded message stating I won a vacation package

Call on my cell which I did not answer and they left no message. These types of calls are on the rise. Getting similar calls on my land line. What do scammers gain from calling even if I answer and they hang up?

Only rings 3 times.  Doesn't make it to voice mail.

No message left.

Left no message. Has called several times.

File a complaint with FCC.  Fill out form and email or fax is the only way to stop this for those of us that are on the Do Not Call List and receiving these on cell/home phones.  They hide their identity with prerecorded messages and caller ID spoofing so don't know where they are calling from

Just hangs up annoying.

Keeps calling and hanging up .... STOP calling me.....

Just received 2 phone calls on my cell from this number;  one right after the other.    NO MESSAGE.    STOP IT IDIOTS.   SCAMMMMEEERRRRSSSS.  YOU WILL NOT WIN.  YOU ARE BEING RECORDED EACH TIME AND REPORTED.

have receive two calls today from that number and am averaging 5 a week on my cell phone - same M O - no message - when you call the number - out of service -

Interesting that they only ring three times and then disconnect.  Wonder if you can't legally count it as a call - or - most answering machines pick up after the fourth ring and their robo-call system can't distinguish between a live response and the recorded one.  In either event, they still should spit blood and die.

I've received several calls, over a period of time, from this number.  In fact, I received another one about 15 minutes ago.  Same scenario as what others have said.  My cell rings, I answer and a recording comes on about taking some kind of trip.  If I don't answer, there is no message left.  I pressed option one and some guy answered and sounded surprised that someone actually pressed that option.  He answered by saying "Hello" and no company name was given.

Got a call from this number and it was a recording for automated sales.
