Answered a call from 1-323-265-9875 today.  Called said something to the effect that my computer was generating serious errors and at that point, I hung up.

I received the same call today. This is the second time they have called. They left no message so I am going to put them on my block list.

Seriously this Agular Fabian has been trying to scam me to go to my computer, hahaha. I blocked but I am sure he has multiple numbers

I kept getting calls from this moron. So I went to Auto Zone and bought an air horn can and waited. The next time Fabian called back I waited until I heard a real human voice and let the whole can go off into his ear. That was five days ago and they haven't called back. Probably can't hear.

Received call from this number at 4:55pm. Essentially same routine as reported in prior posts. "Indian" became very flustered when I questioned him and asked for a call back number. He repeatedly stated that he would give me the number in a moment but continued is script. After I hung up, I called the number that was on my caller ID. Message stated that number was no longer in service or had been disconnected

third day this Fabian Aguilar has called and has not left a message.  I'll be blocking the number.

I didn't answer, because I knew it was the "Microsoft Tech" scammer.  It's the second time this number called this week.
I just wanted to tell everyone this call scam is still operating.  The call came at 9:15 pm.  Not only a scam, but a rude scam.

This is the same guy who has been calling stating that micro-soft has detected an issue with my computer. Believe it or not I do not have a computer but he insists they are getting a reading when I explained I did not have a computer he got extremely rude and insisted I was lying to him so I asked to speek with his supervisor he got upset and hung up. Tried calling the numbers back and it's a "non" functioning or disconnected number.

Filing a complaint with the FCC is a good idea. The more people who file, the more results we will get, but I think the best answer is to inundate the phone company with complaints and demands for a free, unlimited call blocker feature. For example, I don't have Uverse in my area yet, so AT&T's call blocker only gives me six numbers to block.  That's not nearly enough to handle the calls I get. I understand that Uverse may have more, but still not enough. If enough of us complain to the phone company and we can get them to provide this feature, then we could put these scammers out of business because no one would be answering their calls. Another option is to put a request through the FCC to get them to put pressure on the phone company to provide this service.

8/19/2014 @ 3:50 CST.  Just got a call from 323-265-9875.  I was already on the phone so I did not switch over.  We  have friends who live in the 323 area code, so I thought I'd call them back.  Glad I didn't switch over to answer and glad I checked the number before calling.

8/20 13:55 PDT  "Hello' your computer is generating some serious warnings and errors...."  Obvious robotic voice.  Although I have seen many reports  on 800Notes similar to this from other numbers I have reported, this is the first, and will the last from this number.  Most of the time, no actual message is left, but I just don't answer the phone any more unless it is clearly identified and/or I am specifically expect it.  If I am here, will return call immediately and if out,  and legit message, will call back when message received..

Picked up the line and some guy starts blabbing about infected computer. FAKE!!!! It's the phony Microsoft scam. Number blocked.

Unfortunately, the Do Not Call list is only honored by reputable folks.  Since these folks are scammers, and probably not even in the country, the DNC will never work.  I simply do not answer any call with a number I do not recognize.  I monitor the calls and if it is important, they will leave a message.  After they call, I list them in my "phone book" as scammer, or Micro scam, or something like that and then set the ring tone for that number to "No Ring."  I enjoy wasting their time by letting them call me but I am never disturbed after the first call.

I got a call from Peter, same scenario as mentioned above.

Received a call from this number about 5:00 PM CST today - I never answer a call if I don't know who it is - caller left no message.

Got a call today while I was out.. for several wks now, the stupid calls had stopped, but they seem to be back up and running...Same number as all  of y'all and no message left either.. My heart's broken.. LOL... another good thing to do to these idiots if you answer, is to dramatically state, " Where the heck are you? You said you'd be here 15 mins ago to help me clean up the blood and get rid of the body!".. then hang up.. :)

I get these calls every day. I am so tired of these Indian and Chinese [***] that think everyone will fall for their scam.  I even told them that if they continue to call I would hunt them down and smash them like the cockroach they are, but they keep calling.  I would like to see some of these people loose their right to be in the US and our government would cut off aid to their country.  The US gave them jobs, trained them, feed them and let many come to this country for a better live, and this is what they turn out to be like. Is our government doing anything to these people?

I just got a call from this number, female recorded voice asked me to press 1 for MS certified Engineer. It's is surely a scam.

Picked up the phone and heard the phony "Microsoft calling" scam. FAKE!!! Chewed the rear end out of the dork calling.
