Recorded voice saying my computer was giving off troublesome blah blah and press for Microsoft certified engineer. Call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and open a complaint. These allow the FTC to prosecute if there is a US aspect. Otherwise block them. And while at it, let's stop Google circulating our addresses and phone numbers which enables this . Google your phone number. See what pops up.

I am so glad I looked this up got a call from this number a few min ago.... Microsoft tech yada yada yada wanted to know if I was having problems.  How did they know that I have been fighting with IE 11 for weeks went to google chrome about an hour ago.  I am worried.  Do they have my computer information?

Received call saying it was Microsoft about a fatal computer message being received ~ to press 1- then a fellow sounding like a tech in India said my computer was sending error messages. I asked, which computer~ he couldnt answer do I told him he was trying to scam me and hung up. How do we report such calls?

He was probably calling from India or Pakistan.  In those countries its not illegal to scam dumb Americans.  US law enforcement is not able to do anything about the calls.

Two calls recently - last evening and this noontime. Same voice each time- soft spoken female, said twice - "press 1 for Microsoft technician". Not going to happen - I want a Microsoft technician I'll go see the guy down the computer store. Absolutely enjoyed the comments on this site - problems with 1 and 0! Wow!!!

Got a call from 323-265-9875 claiming to be from microsoft and that my computer has a problem..I did not speak and connection was broken..Absolutely is a scam.......one of many.......

Just got a call but caller left no message. We don't amswer calls from numbers we don't know. After reading these messages, I blocked the number. The caller ID said Aguilar Fabian.

Microsoft provides no such service to their customers. I received a call from this number and called him out on his scam. He quickly hung up.  Haven't heard from him since then.

Recording that hangs up. Been getting this scam in one form or another for sometime now.

Recorded message:  "Your computer is running some serious errors...".  I hung up.

Its a scam from a company flaming to be Microsoft tech support, they say your computer is infected, even though i said OMG how could that be I have an Apple you stupid piece of [***]

They just became caller reject #27 on my Sentry Call Blocker. Congratulations guys. Next spoofed number please!!

My wife answered the first call with "hello" and then hung up.

"The Windows error scam"; She said.

The next call came about an hour and a half later and I recognized the number from the previous call so I picked up the phone and grunted.  The recording cam on so I hung up.

Aguilar Fabian is still calling. I don't answer these calls when I don't recognize the name or number and no message is ever left. It is just so annoying! Now I am getting scam calls using names I recognize but if you answer, it is a scam call not the person whose name is on the caller ID.

They did not leave a message BUT when dialed back - the number is disconnected.
IF they were a reputable company - the number would work to return their call.

323-265-9875 called me at 6:09PM in Washington State. Name on Caller ID is Fabian Aguilar. No message left.

They are mostly Indian scammers located in India.  They are not in the US.  They are in India and as such beyond the reach of US law.   Call blocker is your best bet.

I received this call today ..... pressed the 1 key --  male gets on line and says he is from Microsoft, and they noticed I have a problem with my computer, and if they don't fix it, I will get the dreaded "blue screen" ---
he then asks what I have on my computer right now -- I tell him I have a whole bunch of porn, why ?  
he says he has to get on my computer to fix it, and I tell him there is no problem, and that I work for the State Police.....
you guessed it ... the line goes dead, and when I try to call it back, it says the number has  been disconnected....

People....DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE to call you and allow them to have access to your computer !!!!

Just received a call from these idiots .  I am so tired of their lies and they are rude whenever they figure out you are on to their scam.  The man on the line has an Indian accent and hangs up when you won't buy into his bull----.  The number on my caller id is from 323-265-9875.  They are scum.  They will not give up. They will hang up on you just as you try to tell them where to go and how to get there.  You cannot return a call to the number showing on your caller Id.  -------idiots they are.
