called again today - their call was blocked from their first call - our phones do not ring.
Folks - please don't answer calls that you don't recognize and NEVER call these CRIMINALS back!

5/04/16 10:45 PDT  Not sure if I have reported before due to screwed up phone problems in the Verizon FiOS to Frontier, but didn't recognize number and anything that shows itself as CUSTOMER SERVICE will not be answered.  No message left and will try to block now.l

The DNC can't do anything about spoofed phone numbers.  That what these scammers do.

Repeated calls to my unlisted, on the Do-Not-Call-List cell number. Never leaves a message. Blocked.

called again with their fake VOIP caller ID - blocked forever!

We get this call saying that we are wanted by the IRS and we are being sued by the IRS for fraud.

Total scam.  Originates in either India or Pakistan.   Block and ignore.   DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!

IRS does not initiate contacts by phone.  US mail only.   IRS does not file lawsuits.  IRS has enough administrative authority under the IRS Code and related regulations to collect all taxes lawfully due the federal government.     Court action, if any is handled by the DOJ and all parties are entitled to legal assistance if it is a criminal matter.  But--tax disputes are for the most part civil matters.  90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively.  IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes. IRS does not threaten to involve local law enforcement or to arrest you for nonpayment of federal taxes.  IRS has no powers of arrest as related to ordinary tax disputes.  Having a deficiency in taxes owed by way of audit is NOT a crime.  IRS does not cold call anyone and demand immediate payment of  money.  IRS does not ask for financial information over the phone.   IRS does not accept Green card money paks for payment in any case.  No one is prosecuted for ordinary tax disputes. IRS has absolutely no authority over anyone's professional license. Professional licensing is handled by state governments.  Yes, levies on property to satisfy an existing tax obligation do occur, but only after a very long period of negotiation. And yes, liens are placed on individuals but  usually after a lot of negotiation and a failure to reach a settlement.    All determinations of tax liability are subject to appeals.  All  contacts by the IRS are initiated by US mail.

One of SEVEN scam calls today to my landline.  4:15 pm today.  With 5 pgs of complaints I hope my robo blocking service caught it.

Called 2 days ago and again today! Forgot to block these @$&:?!.!!

These $&)(;)$& called me from another number again 315-0806 same area code!

These calls originate from Terrorists.  We need to put these people in Camp Delta forever.

Robocall from "Customer Service" informing me that I could save on my electric bill.  The call connected to a person who wouldn't identify their company and wanted to know my billing and credit card information.  I hung up on this scam attempt at obtaining my information.

Daily calling scum, called again on 5/5/16 at 10:26AM. Of course I still block them!!!

these criminals / scammers called my DNC listed phone twice and did not leave a message either time. Only criminals / scammers violate the DNC laws and refuse to leave a message. Any legitimate caller would leave a message so they could be called back. Criminals can not leave call back #'s because then law enforcement could find them easier.

Scammers,they can spoof even existing good numbers and call from them. Also they call from computers with no trace because they use proxies. The do not call registry is a joke dont even bother.

I did not pick up. From the comments here, I see that that was the right decision.
