I recieved exactly the same call and the guy had an Indian'hindoo accent and thretened my husband that if he does Not call back there is a warrent fir his arrest ???? I had heard on the news that these calls are scamms and if u call back the number there will be reversed Large sums of $$$$ charged to ur phone # !!! BE AWARE NO POLICE OR THEIR AGENCIES WILL CALL THEY JUST COME AND ARREST YOU IF ITS TRUE.....

He  said this is Officer Gary Hall from the State Investigation Department  we have received a legal case file against you and your identity the time you hear this message call me at 3473777091.The guy called me and i told him to shut up and hung up.He called again and left the same message.I looked up and the guy is a fake.The number is of Y Man Communications in NY NY.

Ignore them or repot them. Just a bunch of Con artists and scammers.

We got a call as well, very abusive language, Stupid Scam. demand money.

Reporting to a local or any national agency, will not result in any action being taken against these scammers.

Bad Language and threats for criminal charges

Bunch of punks, just have couple of drinks if needed or release your stress call them n curse them as much as you can.  I have reported there number to IRS fraud prevention centre and also filed complain against them to Noida Police ( this the place where these jerks located) in India. I will not leave them just because of them my dad went through a nervous attack.  Please this is my request all who posted here make sure you call them twice a day n just curse them( I know cursing is bad but thats the only thing you left with, when you can't be sure of any legal actions)

Yesterday I have received a call from 347-377-7091.I did not receive the call and left a message in my massage box.He told that my husband should contact with him immediately because he got a legal case regarding name and identification. This case on the way to court.Otherwise he could be arrested by police.

Left a message saying he is from investigative dept. asked me to call back otherwise I will be arrested etc.
Did not call back. Knew it is a scam

Got a call today from this number and yesterday from. California number. Bunch of morons. So not entertain there calls, just hang up. I would like to see them get punished.

I received the call from the "3473777091" number, the caller said he's calling regarding incorrectly paid 2012 taxes and lying to US govt. He mentioned that a letter was sent to me around 5 weeks ago, asking for me to look into this issue immediately. But, as I never responded to the 'letter' a criminal case has been filed against me and US Marshals are on their way to arrest me. The caller sounded non American by accent.

I bet these folks must be looking at this site too.

I got call from this number and said the call from investigation department about the court case. This sounds like fake call. be a ware of it. You might get a call from this number.

Received a phone call from this number.  Same tactics and antics.  These guys are reportedly from Brooklyn and need to be investigated by a government agency.  It is all about threats, intimidation and trying to extort money under false pretenses.  This person would not identify his name or affiliation or his company name except for saying that police will come to arrest me. They need to be caught and put in jail.  If they are suspected to be from India, they can be prosecuted and arrested there.

I got a call from this no. On feb. 5th 2014 at 1 pm stating that I have several federal legal case filed in the court n would be in legal trouble if I don't resolve it. At first I believed n asked him what r the issues because I didn't commit wrong against the law. He stated that, I failed to pay taxes to the IRS , withdraw money from the bank stealing account information of someone n some unpaid dues . He also stated that I would be arrested in 17 mints . I was really shocked wondering that what's going on me . Later I talked with my brother In-law and friend regarding the matter . They said , it should be phone scam n encouraged me to report to the police. I reported to the policy but I didn't feel that they take any concern on the issue.
        I have one Question , if someone commit mistake accidentally , he/she will b arrested then and there with no excuse but here the guy has been giving lot of people every single day intentionally but no steps have forwarded to arrest him. This is the great weakness of the American Security. I called that guy again next day on February 6th 2014 n tried to find out . He should be Pakistani or Indian guy from New York  because he abused me speaking filthy words in Hindi language. Beware with scam call from 347 377 7091.

They do.  These people are part of a criminal extortion gang operating out of either India or Pakistan.  Ignore 'em.  They also like to go after recent immigrants from India and/or Pakistan.  They want to scare you.  Ignore 'em.   Go to local police.
