I was also getting the call from this number this morning saying some legal action + arrest warrant. it is just crap they are thief. Please ignore the this call.

i have been getting calls from this telephone nuber 347 377 7091, the caller identifies himself as an officer from State Investigate Department  and tells me that there are some criminal charges filed by various federal departments and there is an arrenst warrant against me. this is purely a scam, when i confronted him, he started abusing me and threatens me that he has my home address and he is sending some one to harm me if I dont listen to him. When I said I am goig to report to FBI< he says they cant do anything , in fact he braged that no one can touch him not even FBI, he was ready to give me his address.
I am going to report this to the local police and FBI. BUt I am wondering there are so many people here complained , is FBI or any Law enforcement agency really looking into this, are they realy listening to our plea ...

Recieved a call from mr willson stating I owe money to the IRS. When I stated I called the IRS at thier number and sope to a mr levitt and that this is a scamm he hung up LOL

Tried to tell me they were the IRS. They asked for my name and I gave a false name. He told me they were looking Dwayne. I told him I do not know Dwayne. He hung up on me. His accent was East Indian.  Scammers for sure.
