i don't know what kind of scam this is or how they got my number.  the JUST keep calling and say they got the number from ' a random bank of cell phone numbers'  well how did they get that????  I ask the girl if she was going to pay for all my minutes she was chewing up.  she claimed she was FROM the Fl Dept of Health.   Good use of our tax money [***]!!!

I am a telemarketer as part of my business... I only call people who have requested communication from me, the rules are very specific regarding "scrubbing" our lists and leads from the National Do Not Call List... the fine is heafty for not doing so... I must find out how to report this abuse!

they too called me, when i answeed they stated they were from uf and doing a survey (research) for the state of florida and anyone on medicaid (healthy kids) she proceeded to ask me questions even after i told her i would not participate, i explained i didn't know who she was and could be anyone on the other end and i was not giving out info over the phone, if she wanted she could e-mail or us post mail me the survey. that didn't go over well, i literally had to hang up on her. by the way it to was my cell....now my cell rings everyday including sundays a few times a day, i just dont answer......i will now block the # from my phone. this is bs and i could call you to with a "SPOOF" # and tell you i am doing a survey, but of course obtain all your info......"BEWARE"!!!!!!!......anyone who doesn't know what "SPOOF" is google it.

Caller id says Univ FL - called us five days in a row while we were out of town - ???

The caller claimed to be calling from the "Health Department" with a survey.

Thats a  shame that medicare sells peoples numbers to pay for their medical expences.

Traced the perps back to this department, hit them with emails and calls until they stop.....

I have had numerous calls from this number and I finally had the number blocked.  Hope that stops the annoying calls.

This division of the U of Florida is a for-profit business.  Your goal is irrelevant.  People do not want to be called at home.  Just because you're doing a survey doesn't give you carte blanche to invade people's privacy.  Your self-righteous indignation is tantamount to insisting on our participation in your business.  We do NOT wish to participate.  If we want to give our opinion, we'll call you.  Do not patronize us by telling us how you're helping us; you are not.  We wish to be left alone.  STOP calling us.

This number called me asking for my daughter and said he was from UF, I was half asleep when he called so I hung up. I don't why they are calling for my daughter she is only a 10 month old baby!!!!!! They need to stop calling my phone I do not wish to participate in a survey! I want to know how they got my number I am not happy at all my daughter is just a baby!

How about just telling them that? They will stop calling.
