I have been receiving calls from this number and can't wait for the scammers to call back just ONE MORE TIME, because I just called my phone service provider, and here's what to do (with Comcast anyway)...When the call ends, hang up and dial *57, which activates a trace. There will be a beep or tone to confirm the trace, then hang up and call 911 and report that you have just received a harassing phone call from a scammer, and they will take it from there. After that, I'll be using *60 or my online account to block up to 12 phone numbers from ever disturbing me again. Hope this helps.

I got a call at 10:30 P.M. last night from this number again. If you have a smart phone then this is what you do. Add this number in your contacts (use whatever special name you like) then go to the contact hit the menu button on your phone, this will bring up an options tab, hit that tab and check the box that says SEND CALLS DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL. They will never wake you up again. This also works good for inlaws and annoying family members you need a break from.

Received a call from a woman and a man who says they are sending me a gift card. They asked me to repeat a whole bunch of questions and made sure I said certain words?

I received 2 phone calls from this number today all saying the same thing - I've won $100 gift card in relation to my credit card ending in XXXX.  These people sound the exact same as the other annoying number that's called me 7 times today saying the exact same thing.  That other number is  888-777-5544.  I've put both on my cell phone block list.  These people are persistent and don't care one bit if you say you're not interested or tell them to stop calling....irritating!!!!!!

1/20/12, received a call from 360-210-3456. they hung up before I answered.

Someone from India showing this number called me 3 times yesterday.  I cautiously talked to them for a short while after which time I just hung up.  They called again at 9:30 pm and again  at 10:30 pm I answered and angerly asked if they knew what time it was where they were calling and they loudly replied, "yes I do, I'm not stupid"....real professional.  When I stated I was going to report them, they hung up.

I live in Finland, Helsinki. Today 1/23/12, 2 pm I received a call from +13602103456. I answered, but sound quality was so poor I couldn't understand a word so I hung up. Tried to call back but number was not in use. I have also another telephone number and they had left me a 4 seconds long message, but again, sound quality was so poor I couldn't understand it.

Several times during last 2 or 3 years I have received calls from different bogus numbers, callers speaking english with asian accent. I started to speak only finnish with them or to speak nothing at all, just listening. One time, when I answered, but said nothing, the caller said after a while "[***] You!". Real professional :)

Keep getting calls from a WA number. No one is ever on the line when I answer and when I call it back it says it is not anumber that can be reached.How can I stop this?

By not ever answering numbers you don't know!!  If it's important, they'll leave a message.  Funny how that rarely happens...and then it's usually "Rachel" or "Heather" from good ol' card member services!!  If EVERYone would stop answering their calls, they'd be out of business in no time!

The last four digits of your credit card are the numbers that aren't *'s that's how they know that, and name and address are usually shown when they find the last four numbers of your card. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO!!! The information they already have such as Name, Address, and Last four digits anyone can obtain. So don't say anyhting to them.

What are your service providers...mine is Sprint. Wondering if we're all receiving these calls because of that or something else. All I know is I received 15...yes...FIFTEEN calls on my cell yesterday from this number...FIF-F'n-Teen...WTF!!!!! I am getting ready to put my name on a do not call list, doubt it will help, but who knows.

Also, I did get them to talk to me...once...it was 10:30 at night and I tried repeatedly to tell her to quit calling me, but she kept arguing everytime I told her to stop calling, so I hung up on her. she had an India accent and she was relentless...just like the constant phone calls.

I think you are right, Publisher's Clearinghouse. I've been using their search engine and they have my phone number. Holy Crap!!!!!!!! How annoying!!!!!

I keep getting repeated calls!  Between this number and another number I have gotten 15 calls in the past 3 days.  Both want to offer me a $100 card.  I dont want them to keep bothering me.  They call late at night and real early in the morning.  I have asked to be taken off their list and it never happens!!!

I had the same exact deal.  They have called 5 times in the last 2 days.  The times when someone did actually talk it was very broken english and talked about $100 visa card.  Really calling at 7:30am and 9:58pm?  Has to be a scam

They called me yesterday morning and knew my name, address, phone number (obviously), stating that I had received a $100 gift card related to my Visa credit card ending in ****.  They said they were with "Global Rewards."  I dealt with this a few months ago and canceled my CC because of this.  They still only have my old credit card info.

They called me 5 times yesterday and twice today.  The first 3 calls yesterday I spoke with them and told them I was not interested, do not call me, put me on the "do not call" list, etc.  I advised them that if they kept calling I would follow up on harassment charges.  The first woman argued with me and the rest of them promptly hung up.  The last call today I gave up arguing with them and told them that they had the wrong number and that this was not the number for the person they were looking for.  Hopefully that stops the calls.  I also completed a 1088B-R complaint and put my number on the national "do not call list."

I have gotten a call from this number 5 times today and they never leave a message. When I tried to call the number back and automatic vocie said that this Verizon number is no longer availiable and if I thought I got the message in error check the number again. The last time they tried to call I picked it up and the caller hung up right away. It is really starting to piss me off :).

I have gotten a call from this number every 20 minutes for over the last 2 hrs.  Oh look, while I am typing this, my phone started to ring!  And who do you think it was?!?!  We never answer a call from a number we don't recognize so I'm not sure what woud have happened had we answered.  They never leave a message.  When the call comes to our phone it reads 360-210-3456, but when it goes to our voicemail it reads 888-777-5544, so I am going to have both blocked!!!  They have some nerve, especially after reading they call during all times of the day/night!!  I'm glad I looked up their number before I decided to answer their call!!

This same number has called me 60 times in the last week. All hang ups till now 1-28-2012
When I received a call at 9:30 pm from two guys with indian accents saying I won a gift card.
I asked where they were calling from they said florida. I asked so you guys work past midnight out there.
The guy said let me have you speak to my manager. I then hung up on the other guy cause he said I had
Won because I had my credit card for 18 months and I just got one. So hello big red flags just hang up or don't answer. Good luck everyone.
