They just called its 1030 pm in miami and ithe guy had a very heavy accent i told him did you know in the united states of america it is against the law to call before 8am and after 9pm . His reply (in hindu accent)"well um surry mam this is my job to call at dis time"--- yes i misspelled things on purpose. i said well if i received another call from the company again i would call the head office and press charges. we will see what happens today is january 30 2012

They ask me my name and tell me that they are calling about my credit card ending in xyz, then they go on to tell me that they want to send me a $100 gift card just for using my card and they confirm my address.  I told them that I did not live there and that I didn't have any such card and to remove my number from their call list.  I can tell that they are calling from another country.  What's bad is that I've received these calls from like three different numbers using the same line.

They are so persitent....they call every 1 hour! They won't leave a message and the call back # is disconnected!

Thus number calls consistently, at all hours. I've been the rudest I can possibly be. They have old cc info, luckily. And old address. I finally called my cell carrier and had the number blocked. Don't share your info with these crooks!

After reading everyone's posts, I have decided to play dumb the next time they call, which should be any minute!!! They have called twice within the last 30 minutes, both times hanging up. I got 3 in a row 2 days ago. I have put my number on the do not call list. This should be fun!!!

I have gotten about 15 phone calls in the past 3 days from these people.. anywhere from 7am-10 pm. If I dont answer, they call right back over and over.. if i hang up, they call right back.. when I finally took the time to talk to them, i realized they had my address and phone number(obviously) and the last 4 of my card number. I told them to take me off whatever list i was on, and to stop harrassing me... that did not work.. sooo I called my bank and got a new card..I'll be calling my phone company tomorrow.. this is ridiculous. goodluck to everyone!

I have been getting calls from this number for about 5 days in a row now, I finally answered & there was a person on the other end, heavily accented & somewhat rude & impatient, claiming that I won a $100 gift card and they wanted to send it to me in the mail, but they had my old address, so I gave them my new one. They later said something about visa and four digits, but they are so hard to understand, I asked him to repeat and they said that it was my confirmation number for my gift card? but now that I think about it, it's the last 4 digits of my old debit card. I confirmed my name and address, thinking it was just some $100 gift card thing I've signed up for in the past, later I realized it seemed fishy & found this website. but now they have my address & the last 4 digits of my old debit card (which wont matter anyway), I'm wondering if anyone ever got anything in the mail from these people or had any other problems?

Don't risk it - are you one of the promoters of this scam that you would say you will try it?

They have been calling me repeatedly even after 11pm at night! They must think I'm crasy - they are making me that way!

I have been getting calls from this number at my job.  Some Indian person calls and asks for me and says they are calling about some promotion associated with one of my credit cards that is a $100 gift card.  I flipped out on the guy and told him not to call my place of business and the basically lose my name and number.  They have tried calling 3 times today and once yesterday.  I tried calling the number back but it says it is not in service.

They have called me 7 times in the past two days. No messages. I try to pick up and no one says anything. Peice of poo scammers. Get a real job

same with me and im only a little girl i dont know what is going on they call me every 5 minutes instead of 2-3 times a day and when i do answer they dont respond then they just hang up? i would like some answers too. i told my mom and gmom and they told me the next time they call to give them the phone. they called and did the same to both of them. so here i am i looked up the number trying to find some answers on why im getting these calls and finding out tht im not the only one. i thought someone was prankk calling me.

i get calls on my cellphone every 30min starting at 6am, its 11:14pm now and the calls never stop. I also get the number 1-888-777-5544 calling me minutes after 1-360-210-3456 calls. I never answer my phone and they never leave a message. I feel this is a scam, if it was important they would leave a message. I hope someone finds them and busts their butts in whatever fraud they are committing.

I called my cellphone company tmobile and filed a complaint with them. They said i should also file a report with the police .

They call and call and when i call back it says the number is not in service

calls about $100 gift certificate, can hardly hear them, calls several times and dosnt leave messages

Calls, rings three times, hangs up and immediately calls back.  Received 12 phone calls from this number in one day alone.  When I try to call back it says the number is not in service.  This is on my cell phone, and I live in the state of Michigan.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I tried calling it back but could not reach anyone.  after using real profanity and telling them not to call me anymore, the lady on the other end proceeded to yell profanity back at me and screamng in the phone.  she has a very heavy accent and sounds like they are digging for information, they already have too much information on me

Six calls yesterday, no response on my part, repeated calls, asked NOT to call, still calling today, two calls, now I'm not answering and have registered my number with the DO NOT CALL government list.....
