I picked up the phone - no one spoke, just dead air.

Automatic message saying Time is running out...lower your credit card rate.  Pushed one to talk to the scammer to tell him to remove me from call list.  He hung up on me.

Come on FCC...find the people behind these spoofed #'s and stop these sleazoids!

The same thing happened.  So I called the number back and you can press 1 to be placed on their do not call list and that wait for 24 hours for that to be activated.  Yeah, we'll see.  They'll probably call back under a different number.

Same here, after pressing 1 to speak to a representative to remove my phone number from their list, they would hang up.  I called the number and pressed 1 to be added to their do not call list.  Yeah, right, we'll see.  I wouldn't be surprised that they'll call back under a different number.

Called yesterday and left no message.

I use the block call feature on our phone. That way we don't have to even know that those IDIOTS even called!

I have tried that numerous times---they still call back. I tried to talk to a "friendly" customer service rep--he hung up on me when I told him to take my name off the list.

I get a call from these yahoo's every day 2 or 3 months after putting my number on the do not call list for the third time. I've tried pushing 3 to be removed, asking for their contact info, and cussing them out and they still call almost every day.

Since at least April 2012, I've had numerous calls from unidentified parties. They come from area codes 360, 503, 888, 617, 877, 206.  My caller ID shows only the calling phone #. I haven't answered.  How do they circumvent the federal Do not Call list? As the phone #s constantly change, there's no sense in blocking each one.  

Today, I answered in a foreign language. No one responded, then hung up. I'll try that a few times and see if they give up.

I keep gettin calls from this number also like ten a day... I always tell them stop calling me and when I do they hange up on me and call back like five mins later and dont say anything. Everytime I call it back it says this phone number cant take your call at this time. How do we stop these call. cause if not im going to call my phone company and block there number. But who do we report this to... becasue what the are doing is harrasment.

Same calls & crap here.  I reported this to the Do Not Call list and, as always, I include a comment that contains the link to this page telling them that there were XX number of reports of this number to 800Notes.

Does absolutely no good, of course, but I get greater satisfaction from saying to the black hole at the FTC that there are others out there.

I thought those PRICKS finally stopped calling our number...but, these calls started back up AGAIN!!!!!       I wish I knew how how to block unwanted numbers, but sadly we don't right now.
