    nunya bidness !!!!
Got a call from these IDIOTS,  Didnt leave a message.  But I blocked their number on my Digitone Call Blocker, so maybe they will get the message that I don't want to hear from them.  Apparently the Do Not Call registry is ineffective. Don't know why my tax dollars is going to them to stop the telemarketers.

I tried to do exactly as I was instructed, but every time I sent a fax with the reference number alerting them that the SAME caller is using another number, I got this really nasty letter from a woman working at the FCC telling me not to send faxes like that again, so i sent a letter back explaining exactly why I had sent the additional fax and reminded her that I was following thier protocol exaxtly it only generated another not too nice letter. I have never registered a complaint again, either I am off my rocker or they just dont have a handle on what they are doing at the FCC.

Sometimes when they call using a VERIZON number the call comes with a number starting with a V where the callers name would usually be on caller ID, when I report all those numbers to Verizon, I have never received a call from those particular numbers again, so apparently Verizon is on the ball.

These fools have been around for years, and they do not always use the lower interest scam, sometimes it is car warranty, rug cleaning, as well, anything to get you to give personal information or credit card numbers via phone. A new one out is 253-753-9137, these people offer free cruise if you answer 10 questions and pay the "port fee" in advance. Good luck.

Just don't answer.  That's all you really can do.  It's still annoying, though, to have to come to the phone to look at the Caller ID.  I don't answer calls from any number I don't recognize anymore.  If it is truly someone legitimate they will leave a message.

I didn't look closely enough.  It says, "FINANCIAL CTR," on the Caller ID, not "FINANCIAL CIR."  Since I'm leaving another comment I would like to add that they are scammers. Don't respond to them or give them any info.

Caller did not identify the company they represented until I repeatedly asked.  The pitch was that I have a credit issue in danger of being closed.  I told her that this call is ridiculous (since I know my credit is excellence and they would not provide a name at that point).  She told me it was legitimate, which I said then she could provide the name of the company she worked for.  When she said Equifax, I told her good now I can report it and then she hung up on me!

I am sick and tired of getting phone calls from this number as I am on the do not call list.  I have tried everything andthey  still keep calling.

Keep reporting this number and ANY other numbers they call from, they'll keep calling from different numbers.  Report using the FCC web form.  Its very fast to report them.  The more reports the FCC gets from this criminal organization the faster they'll be stopped

Multiple calls in last week.  When I pick it up there may or may not be a recorded message.  Same old credit card rate scam as last 5 years just different numbers.  Does anybody ever fall for this stuff??

The following link will explain to you why we will NEVER Be able to stop these scum suckers. It is a fairly long article, but explains why these scams are able to operate as they do.They have their own telephone company!I'm sure many of you have seen Pacific Telecom appear on your caller ID.We must continue to report these calls to DNC. This article has a list of phone numbers from several states that are involved in the "Lower Interest Rate" scam. There are several articles, that will make your blood boil. The Federal Trade Commission is working to shut down scammers. Please do your part by reporting every call you get.

Second call this week from same area code -- different number.  Am beyond annoyed by these increasingly frequent calls considering I have been on the do not call list for years.  I normally just let it ring or pick up and immediately hang up.....  Still doesn't deter them from continuing to call,

Use a canned air horn like the ones used on fishing boats.  They will then know you are annoyed.

They want to help me with my credit dard debt, which happens to be in Euros.  I live in Europe most of the time.  I use a Eurocard, which of course they are not familiar with.
