Just got this call on my cell phone -- Arizona. Never received it before. I recently signed up for Yahoo! Fantasy Sports tourney pick'em, and entered my phone number to be eligible for the prize for the "Perfect Bracket." Could this be the source? All I can think of.

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer, and no message.

Called back from aline line and got disconnected

Husband got a call last week from the same area code as did I. He got two calls today. Wonder if everyone who is getting them has something in common. We have at&t...anyone else??

Just got a call on a phone I just bought that only 2 people know the number to from this number trying to get me to take a survey in exchange for "2 free boarding passes" to some cruise thing. Hung up, called back anyway, and got a busy tone.

When I get the numbers on my phone like the one listed I just answer :
FBI HEADQUARTERS , Ms Davis (or whomever) speaking, Your conversation will be recorded for safety considerations. Please speak clearly and distinctly and make your message short. The next available operator will answer your call in the order in which it is received. Your phone number has been recoreded and we thank you for calling your local FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION.

Just recieved a call from this number on my cell phone but didn't answer (my philosophy is that if I don't have a phone number in my phone and it's someone who really wants to talk to me they will leave me a message) and they didn't leave me a message. Just called back and it rang once and then went to busy tone..kinda weird... Judging by the comments left here though I'm glad I didn't answer lol

I got a call on my pay as you go cel phone today (3/6/12) at a little after 6 pm EST. I've already deleted it so I'm not sure of the exact time. I've gotten in the habit of NEVER answering a call on my cel from a number outside my own area code that I don't recognize. (Some of my clients might be calling from a local number that I don't know, so I answer local calls).
I don't give out my cel number other than to friends and CURRENT clients. And all of my clients are local.
I have posted on craigslist but this phone has absolutely NO connection to my craigslist account.
Also, no Capital One connection for me.
I've gotten similar calls to my home number for the last year or more (no caller ID). Those seem to have just about stopped. But in the last few months they've started coming to my cel phone. Not the same caller numbers. The home # is in my husband's name. He has no connection to my cel, nor does he have a cel.
WTF?

They called my pay as you go cel. It's TMobile.

got a call from this number they left voicemail saying if I answered 10 questions on my phone keypad I would win a trip to the bahamas. I didnt do it, I dont trust things like that. It bothers me how they got my number, im unlisted.
