March 7: Received a call on my cell phone from this number.  I never answer calls I don't recognize.

Received call on cell phone @approx. 1:30 PST. Didn't pick up. I have had some recent Craigslist activity, so I'm thinking that's how they got my #. Do not have Capital One.
