Cardholder Services Robo-called my cell phone on this number and has called on many other numbers many other times. I am on the national do not call list and would love for them to get busted and GO TO JAIL!!!

Got a call from them.  They didn't leave a msg.

Do not answer, they are just playing games.

Got this call again today,
First time I got this call, I noticed that the area code was the same as my son's area code.  He has a bank of phones where he works and thought it might be from him.  I was driving and hit the hands-free button and heard only part of the message.  The call # was not recorded on my phone because I had switched it over to the audio program in the car.  I was panicked because I do not have any credit cards.  Since someone recently had tried to get into my bank account, I thought that maybe someone had opened a card in my name.
I got the call again today when I was home and let it play all the way through.  It was then that I realized that I had heard the message before.  I looked up the number before I was foolish enough to try to call back and I came to this site.
Obviously this is a phishing site. So glad I didn't take action prior to doing research.  The key here is that I don't have any credit cards.

Called regarding credit card offers from "national banks". I said that I had 8 different credit cards ranging in interest rates from 18 to 22 percent. Then I acted like I was interested but busy with the kids and asked for a number to call them back.

The person identified himself as Carlton, a representative from Account Services, LLC.

I later called back from my work phone and added my number to their automated do not call list. If they call me back again, I have this as documentation.

They left a message on my cell phone saying nothing was wrong with my credit card account, but they wanted me to call them back to discuss lowering my interest rate to 6.9%.  Little do they know, I am not that S-T-U-P-I-D!  Duh!!!   I assume they were fishing for my credit card number.

They wouldnt do it if it didnt make them money... you remember that...!

It's looking more and more these days like, maybe, we need to take the law into our own hands! What with law enforcement budgets cut, a do nothing (but fight) Fed. Govt. (and State Govt.s as well) allowing everything to go down hill... we're pretty much left on our own to deal with these scum!

Yet another attempt by "Rachel" or who (or whatever) and Cardholder Services to scam us.  But on top of that... obviously harass us, disrupt our lives and invade our privacy and no matter what we do these scam calls don't seem to stop (or nobody seems to want to bother ... but us).

Automated voices used (identified by a supposed name): "Rachel" "Heather" "Florence" and "Michelle" (probably be others too)
Names displayed on Caller ID: Account Services, Card Services, Credit Card Services, Cardmember Services, Cardholder Services, USS CC Services, US CC Group, Obama Home Help, Cellular Call and now DD Comp (and most likely there will be more)...
Too many throw away numbers to mention here but nontheless all are the same bunch of toxic pond scum and the same d*mn scam ... about supposedly lowering our interest rates. Even if we don't have a credit card!

Credit card Companies ... “DO NOT” call you with offers over the telephone.

llegal activities: Pre-Recorded Message, Unsolicited Phone Call, No Opt-Out option offered, Using an Auto-Dialer, Spoofing the company name and/or number, Illegally calling a landline and cell phone with their scam.

Got a call from 1-360-529-6151. Some sort of refinance scam. The representative was rude and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. I called the number back to complain and it's an automated recording saying to call 971-220-1984. Calling that number repeats the same automated message that goes nowhere.

Just called, no message.

Received a call on my cell from this number, but no message.  I don't know anyone from that part of the country.

Harrasment, scam or ligit call. I'm on the do not call list no matter which it is. Everyone, file a complaint with the government "Do NOT Call"- site.https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

I just got a call from them and pressed 1 for kicks. Told them I had one credit card at 8percent (I'm actually not sure what it is) - and then the hung up. Most likely not legitimate from what I can tell.

report all these type of calls to complaints.donotcall.gov and make sure your phones are on the do not call list.

Keep getting phone calls from this number and they don't leave a message.

Just got a call from them but I have a blocker on my phone that sends any call that is suspected spam straight to voicemail without my phone ringing. They didn't leave a message which is when I searched the number and found this forum. So sketchy!

For what it's worth (and no i'm not trying to spam/get you to do anything) I use Mr. Number CallBlock on my blackberry and it's awesome. I haven't had a spam call come through since I downloaded it.

STOP CALLING!!!! NOT INTERESTED!!!!  Again, I am on a DO NOT CALL list. Also, DON'T have other people calling me from a different number!

I also believe this is a scam.  Called  to lower  Visa or Mastercard interest rate.  Can't identify what card and your account.  This is not a bank.  Don't give card info and don't fall for this.  Calling my bank card to report this. When I quized them they hung up.
