Can't wait to strangle these people with their own phone cord.

Received a call with the Credit Card Scam, pressed 1, and when a male voice came on the line, I told him the the info was being sent to the FBI and he hung up...........This has been going on for a least several months that I get the same call from the same number.

This was an unwanted phone call on my cell phone from this number.

Random calls; immediate busy signal when you return the call.

Called and hung up.

Unwanted calls from this number on topics that do not pertain to me or my credit.

I get the same calls.  Whenever I press one I get hung up on.  You can't call the number back because it's routed thru somewhere else and I get a fast busy signal.  Very annoying!

Call every week or so - if I answer, I get nothing but dead-air on the other end.  I'm just blocking this number from my phone now.

These people continue to place calls to my cell phone, even though I registered my number on the "Do Not Call" list. When they call they will either, A) Hang up when you answer or B) Give you an automated message about lowering your credit card interest rates.  At the end of this automated message, they will give you an option to remove your number from their calling list, but when you select this option, a person will come on the line & hang up on you when you ask who it is. This is obviously some type of *phishing scam* and I strongly urge anyone who receives calls from these people to report them to the proper authorities.

Got a call but did not answer in time.  Glad I didn't.

They called and left no answer. Really tired of these calls. Seem to be from various numbers and a few times per week. All of the numbers have the same complaints.

this is a company claiming to lower interest rates on credit cards.  when I asked to be removed from the list (this is the second call I have received from this number) they hang up on me

For these calls on my cell phone: I add a new contact (in the address book) for the #; include the word "Scam" in the name; set the ringer to silent, no LED flashing; no vibrating... done.

You'll not get them to stop. This is my way of ignoring the calls. Besides, my cell won't ring or vibrate, and the LED light won't flash. Easy.

Dumb Rachel from Cardholder Services has called me on this number and hundreds of other numbers.  I can't tell you how many of these numbers I listed a complaint on the DO NOT CALL WEBSITE.  I have given up on the Do NOT CALL SITE. Now on my cell phone if the number is not listed in my address book, it is blocked.  Yet, I do get a notice the caller tried.  On my home phone, I do phone screening.  Sad to say, our carriers do not do a fair job of providing us us better blocking and screening solutions (can only block or screen 20 numbers).

On my voice mail I heard "(my maiden name from 22 years ago)", then whoever was calling obviously couldn't get the call to disconnect, she kept asking someone how to "make this thing work"...after looking up the area code and feeling confident it was no one I know, I came here and saw the feedback.  Number will now be blocked!
