im from Oman yesterday i got the call from +393193260028 at 2:00 AM
i was sleeping but when i woke up i phoned back ...i got an answer by hearing tunes like that im still calling ...but i have call duration on and it was counting on me like 4 secs...then i knew its a trick...
it cost for me around 8 Euro/min
SO YES DON'T CALL BACK ....i don't know about answering cuz here in Oman they don't cost u on any received calls

I got the caller country code its a cellular Phone from Italy
its a service from Italian  comp. which give u a number when anyone call it charge him and u take a %
that what i got when i asked a friend from italy

I got a call, too. Today at 3:11 p.m. It only rang once, didn´t answer, TG! I just hate callers like this.. just trying to benefit and get money from trusting people!!!

Hello all,

first I was shocked that which country it may be but before calling took a help of my laptop (Internet) which shows that it is a telemarketing number from netherlands...and also make fools by calling us because the quote's says if it be called then will get charged of $50.00. I am afraid of calling such numbers dint try.. Summary of my received..picked up..and air sounds with no tone..lastly auto disconneted..now I dint call this funny number...

Do not call....it is a waste of time and money.
