This is something that our politicians should b involved, instead of gridlock. D FCC and all parties associated with the technology, which allow these clowns 2 harrass, should take d initiative and stop d charade of unwanted call.

Received a call from this number at 4:41 pm MST, 18 November. A very heavily accented man asked for my by surname and then asked me if I were Muslim. I told him I wasn't. He said he may have a wrong number. I said "you sure do" and hung up.

Almost nightly get a call from 394-953-9495. I answer phone, say Hello, and I hear nothing so hang up. Tonight I was smart. Included this number on on phone with the name NO so next time I phone me I won't answer. Nope, don't use an answering machine.

Got a call from 394-953-9495 three times in one afternoon on my home landline.  I waited until I got to work and called from a desk phone.  The number was from Verizon Wireless and said it was disconnected or changed.

I received a call today (Dec. 3rd 2015).  The person said he was from Pakistan. I could not understand what he was taking about. He hung up.

This # 394-953-9495 and said "hello, I'm looking for a Muslim, are you Muslim? (I'm not) and said no. They hung up.

Got a call 4x already, today.. yesterday got 3x the calls the latest ones were around 10.15pm est.. is anyone doing anything about this?? fruday got 6calls.. we just let the machine pick up.. so annoying when we have a baby sleeping.. Grrr

Getting multiple calls from this number. There is no area code 394!!!

Got a call from this number as well. It was from a Pakistani Wahabi (radical muslim - the type that do the suicide bombs). He said Salami - Malaki Come. I think he was looking for recruits.

This number showed up for days and I finally answered it.  A man started talking softly in a foreign language.  I asked who did he want and he asked me if I was a Muslim.  I told him I was not and he hung up.

A guy speaking in a bad English asking if I was a Muslim and if I have ever heard about Islam. I hung up and reported it to the RCMP.

I have gotten a few calls with different numbers and it turned to be a guy greeting me with an Islamic greeting (which I recognized, although I am not Islamic).  He said he wanted to teach me about Islam. I told him I was not interested and to never call me again.  I asked him where he was from and he said? "I am from Pakistan."  I told him not to call again.  Obviously, he just shared my number with someone else.  All my numbers are private and they are on the "Do Not Call Registry" for the last 4 years.  I reported the previous number to a friend with law enforcement connections.  I do not want my number associated with "recruiters of Islam, radicals or anyone with nefarious intentions against our country!   The whistle idea is great!  I used one in the past and I am going to try it again.  Happy New Year to all!

There is just dead air if you answer.  Nothining on the other end calls repeatedly about a couple hours apart.  Annoying

This number is from a group that speaks Arabic. I always am greeted with the Islamic greeting of peace. As-salamu alaykum (Arabic: السلام عليكم‎) is a Muslim greeting. It is Arabic and translates to "the peace be upon you (plural)". I keep telling the person on the line to stop calling. I have a newborn and they keep calling first thing in the morning and later in the evening, Prime Baby Sleeping Time! I keep requesting to speak to a manager but keep getting hung up on. If they do not stop calling, per my request, I am looking to file a police report. Cause honestly I do not know what else to do. I am on the no call list and they have been calling for the last few months.

I get this call every evening. The person is a male and speaks Arabic and says hello in Arabic and as soon as he realizes I can not understand him hangs up. My last name is very similar to Arabic name.
