Tell them that you are receiving calls from 401-427-0929 even though you are on the donotcall list.  

I filed a complaint today and they said they need more people to file before they can do anything.

My daughter picked up an extention phone 2 seconds after I said hello. The man started to speak, my daughter hung up realizing it wasn't for her. Thinking I hung up the man said "oh, f**k you". I then let him know I was still on the line and gave him a few choice words of my own. I called back to see who the company was. The woman who answered said "VMS Alarms" in a thick accent. I just hung up. It wasn't worth the communication struggle to complain.

I didnt answer, and I was surprised to see this number, on this web site. Im tired of telemarket calls. Happy to see these calls are monitored. I was wondering who this call was from. I didnt call back. Are these calls scams.

This is the second time I've received a call from this number. Each time I would try and answer it, they would hang up. The first time when I picked up, a man said "Hello". When I said "Hello" back he hung up. I noticed there was a lot of background noise, as if there were many people talking. The second time they hung up, before I could say anything.

I too have gotten two calls from these foreign sounding people about SMOKE DETECTORS.........I told him to shove it up his [***] and hung up.
I am turning this over to Susan Wornick on Channel 5 in Boston, maybe SHE can find out more about this annoying company......

I've received a few phone calls from this number as well. I never answer them. I am also on the "Do Not Call List". My caller ID says that the calls originated from Providence, RI.

Got two calls today wanting to install a security system, when told they were calling a number on do not call list they hung up. Filed complaints with Police Dept. for harrassment by communication, Fed. and State do not call list and the Fed. Trade Commission

Got another call today from this number.  Same guy with an Indian accent telling me I won a free G.E. security system and all I have to pay is one dollar a day for them to monitor it.  Yeah, Right! So, I let him go through his whole pitch and then informed him that I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry and will file a complaint.  He got off the phone fast.

Hi all.  I started receiving calls from this group a few weeks ago.  I found the Service Company and then researched their customer support.  I found a fraud service department.

I figure the callers may not be subject to USA law governing the DO NOT CALL LIST since the calls are coming from a foreign source (they are just using this number as an international hop).  I believe the service provider would have more liability then the actual callers so I contacted them.  I believe its in their best interest to ensure that our rights are protected.  Believe is a "somewhat" promising response I received:

Please follow-up with research on one of your customers.  They are using the Phone # 401-427-0929 to solicit sales calls though my phone # is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  I googled this phone # and found that your company is the provider for service.  I found that out through various message boards that "watch dog" these activities that you are the provider of service for this customer.  Below is the google link to many message boards listing this number as an offender and you as the provider of serice:

I just filed a complaint online.  It only tooks 5 seconds.

Out of Area, 401-427-0929, is all it said after waking me up!

on my caller id today they called 2 times.

Several Calls and they hang up.
Don't you all think some consumer agency or gov't agency should have been involved by now?

Received a hang-up call from this number.  When I answered, I could hear voices in the background, then they hung up.  Fascinating all the others who have had this experience.

i got a call from that number late last night too weird............

Calling daily and leaving no message.  When I do answer, they say nothing.

Called twice in two minutes, no responce either time, when I called it back rang 6 times to a voice mail so garbled that it was completly unintelligable

Got a call from them today, from Providence RI, said I filled out a security survey which I didn't and then said I won a 1200 security system from GE, strong accent, alot of background noise. Hung up when I told I wasnt interested.

Man with a heavy accent called. Said he was from a salon and it was not a sales call. He asked if I had smoke detectors and if
I checked the batteries. Then asked if I had smoke detectors. I hung up and they did not call back
