Received a call in Vancouver from 403-201-9988 on my Fido cellphone 9/14/09 12:15 PM, voice recording said, "Hello, you have won $2,600 travel-dollars. Press 1 to accept". I pressed 0 to try to get a person, and the call disconnected. It sounds like a scam.

I live in Leduc, Alberta, I am a Bell customer and they just called me, no message and I did not answer Sept14 09 around noon

Called aroung noon - said I won "2600 travel dollars" - pressed #1 to tell them to get stuffed, but got some cheesy music for 10 minutes before I hung up.
Can't we get a class action lawsuit going?

I got a call from them today too. I didn't pick up but apparently they left a voicemail message on my phone.  When I tried to listen to the voicemail to delete it - it totally messed up the voicemail system. So stupid!

Just got a phone call From Rogers telling me I had just Won XXXX ammount of dollars.. I HUNG up ..because usually this spells scam .. if you havn't entered any contest or havn't recieved a txt from your service provider announcing anything the like.. SCAM .. Don't press anything or call back numbers they request .. you never know what kind of trouble will result if you do .. if you are unsure contact your service provider directly,

got called at 4:00 PM Vancouver,BC 2009/09/14. voice message for won $1,600 travel dollar.

i got the same call today at 10:00 am

Received a call from this number @ 6:10 pm on my cell. It says this call originated from Alberta so I didn't answer it because of any long distance charges

im a Fido customer and received a call from this # @ 440pm. automated recording said i won 2600 reward miles, press 1 to receive. i just hung up

Found this number in my missed called from this morning (9:24AM September 14th, 2009). No message left, looks like nothing special based on all the other comments here.

I'm from Ontario and just missed that call. It is a scam for sure by the sounds of the posts below. Rogers is probably the number one provider so they chose to say Rogers to recieve the highest response. It will no doubt request credit information.

Got this call too - in Edmonton, Calgary number displayed.  No msg left, just a hangup on my VM.  [***].

I got a call from this number in Jasper, Alberta. Automated message saying I won $X in travel dollars, press 1 to claim it. Then it hung up. I'm not a customer with Rogers.
