just got a call form this number.  I did not answer becuase I did not recognize the number

Missed a call from this number.  Now I know if was probably telmarketing.

I Just received a call from 403-709-8686. I didn't answer the call.  it was a telemarketer. Glad I didn't answer

same deal, didnt answer, they didnt leave a message. call came in at 3:42pm. im in winnipeg, mb.

I got a call from it yesterday as well. I love that my kids can have there own line with our Magic jack but the downfall is anyone can get a phone line and toss it in a few months for less then 40 bucks

Don't forget you can put yourself on the DO NOT CALL list we have it on our land line and it dropped the calls by 95% i guess we will need to get it on our cells as well and we could tell they where using a auto dialer our cell numbers are almost the same mine ends with 1 and my wife's ends with 2  i Answered the phone and wile i was still on it my wife got a call from the same number LOL

Got a call from this number on December 14 at 2.44pm.  Automated message stating I won travel dollars, press 1.  I didn't, I hung up.

Got a call from this number. Telling me i have received free point for being a valued customer of Air Canada.  I have never purchased a ticket from Air Canada. Ever.  I hung up..

Called my cell phone about 10 seconds ago. didn't answer, out of area code call.
everybody in my company is getting this call now.

10:17 am missed call, called it back and it states "Number you have called cannot be completed as dialed please hang up and try your call again." Glad I missed it.

got a call today, Dec 17th at 12:04pm. i think it rang 2-3 times and maybe they hung up? i live in vancouver, bc so i was like WTF is a 403 number calling me.
humm oh well.

Got the call at home at 14h38. Voicemail, I only heard "press 1".

received a call from this number, was told to press one to receive my prize. hung up and called back, and it was disconnected.

403-709-8686 apparently belongs to Call-Net Communications out of Cochran, Alberta.  They are calling each and every phone number in the province and offering 50 Thousand Air Canada points and Special Rewards for Air Canada Jazz customers.  Call-Net is owned by Rogers Communications, so you might try complaining to them about these telemarketing calls.

I just got a call from this number at 2:48pm PST saying that they were Air Canada or something and to press 1 (I should have hung up right there). When I was connected it sounded like an East Indian woman who said in order to "win" my prize I had to be over the age of 25 and asked if I was over 25. I said "ugh yes" and she hung up on me before I could hang up on her.

I'm tired of these phone calls from these scam artists, it seems that they're picking up in frequency lately!

Dec. 17, 2010. 4:04 CST.  I got a call from this number this afternoon in Winnipeg.  I recognized the area code as from Southern Alberta and obviously a telemarketer who has been on blitz lately. I am on the Do Not Call Registry, but it doesn't seem to matter to them.
