today at 18:00 montreal,qc i got a call from 4037098686 good thing i screen my calls and look them up

just received call on my cell  from 4037098686. picked up thinking it could be a relative travelling.
however as soon i heard the first 5 words of their pitch, i hung up. def. a SCAM

Got a call offering gift for being a loyal Air Canada user. Asked to press "1" to accept. No one on line when number pressed. Aggravating to say the least. Leave us alone already...

Called at 4:20 PM in Vancouver. Yankee scum telemarketers using an Alberta area code. Trolls. Call screened and immediately reported to the CRTC in Canada like all the rest:

Recieved a call a=t 7:27pm.   Was going to answer, didn't make it in time.  Called back, number disconnected.   This has scam written all over it.

Got a call today. Hopefully there is some other way to stop these than just this board and others like it.

im goin to alberta next month and if i can find where they are based i will gladly sue them for copy write of visa you are a valued visa customer .......i just got my visa so i pressed one if they call me back i will hunt them down and skin the [***] [***] on the other line.

Just got a phone call from them at 9:00pm est, didn't pick it up because I have no idea where the 403 area code was.  Weird to see that it's a huge scam call.

Got the call .. same scenario ... did not answer. Think Bell should be apprised tat someone is calling with a non working number or tapping in.

Dec. 18/10.  5:36 pm. (403-709-8686)  I'm assuming this number is still pestering me.  I do not answer.  It is a telemarketer since these types hang up on the 3rd ring and do not leave a message. The telephone number no longer shows up.  What I get now on Call Display is Long Distance.

Dec. 20/10. 4:01 pm.  Another call from Long Distance.  No telephone number shows on Call Display.

My number is on Do Not Call Registry.

Got a missed call on cell phone - it had come in at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 19, 2011.  I didn't call it back because I don't know anyone in Calgary so figured it was a spammer.  Air time on our Telus phone is 30 cents per minute so I don't want to spend it on telemarketers or other scams.

We have only had our cell phone since October 2010.

Makes you wonder how they get a cell phone number.

Called and didn't leave me a message. From what I've read, I'm glad I didn't.
