    It's easy to file a complaint online with the CRTC on the web. Calls using prerecorded messages are almost completely illegal in Canada.

    Just received a call. Said I was an Air Canada card holder and to press 1 to receive a special prize. I hung up.

    I recieved a call too! I was at work and when i answered they had hung up. I tried to call back and the number had been disconnected and i'm in winnipeg. How could they have possibly got my number??

    I received this phone call in Pitt Meadows BC at 0837 on Dec. 16/10.  I did not answer the call as I do not answer numbers that I don't recognize.  Glad to hear I didn't waste my time.

    It really originates in India +40 (370) 986 86 (New Dehli).  It will register on most phones as a number that appears to be from Alberta.

    Just received a call from 4037098686. Didn't recognize the number - didn't answer the call.  I see now that it was a telemarketer. Glad I didn't answer.

    I got a call today. Pressed 1 and told him my name was Rod Dick. Told him my credit card number was 4530 181 469 241 exp. 11/2010 (expired). Then I told him... u get the idea. This on a rogers phone

    Got a call from 4037098686 a few minutes ago. When I answered, a voice recording informed me that I had won a special deal from Air Transat and that I ended to press 1... I hung up. SCAM
