Received a call from this number this morning. Since I didn't recognize it I didn't answer. No voice message left

Received call but did not pick up since I did not recognize the number. No voicemail left. Caller ID states Atlanta, GA. Called at11:24am CST, 2/4/2016.

I did not answer, and no message was left.  I do not have caller id.

It's from IC Systems (debt collection place)

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it

I have to wonder why an allegedly “legitimate “business would need so many phone numbers to call out on?

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

i called the number back and it was IC Sytem was the id...got a person and asked why he called he wanted my info told him he was phishing and to him to go to Fn HELL!

Just recvd call on cell ph, I am a 16yr old and HV No debt. My parents pay all debts on time.
Annoying when you are leading a tutor session and you hv to answer becuz yr parents are UP.

Someone from this number continues to call my telephone.

This is a business. Call came in but no one answered.  I heard them disconnect.

I have been receiving calls 2-3 times a week at my work from this number. I have always rejected the call. No voicemail received.

This number has called me everyday for 4 months . I've never answered, under suspicion it's a scam. They've never left a message.

Have called several times. I don't answer. They leave no msg.

Called early in the morning, identify himself as IC system but refuse to give any other information

repeated calls, leaves incoherent voice mails, calls many times a day
