definately a scam, wanted to send me a credit card number asap. tried the number went right to voicemail.

Complete Scammer. Played along with him for a while. Once I told him I needed payment authorization forms,ID, copy of Credit cards he vanished. My hunch was right. Went by the name Mark Holland and Mike buzzard. Needed roofing material sent to Finland. No idea what color or even how much he needed

Why would anyone buy water heaters in Montana to ship to Finland.

The one thing I don't understand and maybe because I didn't go any futhur is what are they gaining out of this????????

I called the local FBI and reported it but sadly I was told there really isn't anything they can do because there are so many of these out there and they don't have the man power to handle them all.

This guy tried to buy a bunch of banners from us today - wanted me to wire money to a shipping company in Gana! Oy!! Be careful of this guy. Maybe he'll get smart and change his name.

I also received a call very similar to everyone else. It was Karen Krahn calling as a hearing impaired person thru a hearing impaired operator. I spoke briefly to her and gave her my email address.  She was interested in buying 5 water heaters but not installed. The email address she gave was karen50b@gmail.com.

Karen Krahn also used a relay call and followup email wanting 5 water heaters shipped to her.  We also had an uneasy feeling about it.  Emailed back asking her address.  Response was merely "Wisconsin".  SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Got the deaf assisted call, then e-mail correspondences.  Wanted 5 50 gallon electric water heaters to go to Helsinki, Finland.  Gave me 2 credit cards for the purchase of the heaters, they went through.  Then gave me 2 more credit cards to split the $3000.00 shipping fees to a company in Ghana.  Got leary & called Mastercard & they said Karen Krohn was not the name on the cards.  They were from businesses in different states.  I refunded the money on the two cards & say no mas.  Also mentioned hubby in Methodist Medical Clinic of Winchester.  Never would tell why someone in Wisconsin is buying water heaters in Oklahoma for Finland & how she got my number.  Glad I Googled Karen Krahn

This time it was an e-mail from garry buckman for 1200 ft. of 4" pvc pipes, in 10" segments.  We gave them a price of 90 thousand us dollars, plus shipping, said we accecpt only cash us dollars or euros, & signed it Karen Krahn

Got the same email from a certain Mark Holland, wanted 40 banners for a church in Finland. Even sent a Religious artwork.
Also referred a 'Speed Shiiping Logistics' company with Michael Buzzard as the contact.
Why would they want to buy banners here to be used in Finland ?? Don't they have print shops in Finland that does banners?
As if shipping is free....
And Michael Buzzard wants the shipping charges paid first, to be remitted to their financial manager by the name of Ronnie Lola, in Ghana !!

The shipping company had a website with hardly any info, and looked like a five year old made it. Just to humor them we contacted the shipping company, but still let him know that he would need to pay them directly.This was his repsonse****

I got an email from a guy going by the name of Juan Shanoon. He said he needed 30 picture frames and needed them shipped to:

He told me to use a cheaper shipping company going by the name of Express Global Shipping Cargo Co LTD. And to contact a guy named Frank Newton. All the information was very similar to roof guys. I contacted the "shipping company" only to recieve an email that was suspiciously similar to the ones I had been recieveing from Juan. When I told him that we would prefer if he paid the shipping company directly, he said he couldn't do that because the shipping company would only take payment from the pick up site. He was very pushy to run the credit card and get the order started. He gave a billing address of 36 Elm St. Haver Hill MA 01830 yet he kept calling from a Florida area code. I contacted our credit card company to verify the card information and found that the name on the card was incorrect along with the address. Then I told him if he wanted to proceed with the order, we would only accept a cashiers check for the full amount and would only ship with UPS. Never heard from him again after that.

Had a call from the relay system for the hearing impaired. The rest of the communication was via e-mail.  The only number given was a fax number 206-309-9813.  Two different address were given one in Somerville, NJ -- that was a car lot and the other was for shipping in Finland.  Thankfully their cards were declined.

Oh, yes.  I spent a week and many emails on the Finland scam !
WOW!  What a jack ass!  I knew deep in my heart something was just not right.

I need to have the 50% deposit in order to proceed with processing the 70 12"x14" frames (140 rails of 12" and 140 rails of 14"),  then cutting 70 pieces of glass and custom cutting 70 mats.  I cannot proceed with contacting the freight company until I have the Deposit and all of the materials in hand to Weigh and Measure packaging for shipping.  The Freight Company will need all dimensions and weight.
This is a custom order.

Moreover,  I would like to recommend acrylic instead of picture glass to insure safe shipment.  Glass may break if not handled properly, overseas.  The acrylic looks just like real glass, however it is lighter and much more safe for shipment.

My vendor has granted me until tomorrow (Thursday) at 1pm to finalize this order for materials and supplies.  I would then have all in hand on Friday afternoon for processing, weighing and shipment.  Please call me at my Store at 11am with your credit card info and I will have everything shipped out to you hopefully by Friday evening - if the shipping company can move that quickly on picking everything up at my shop and send everything along to your new hotel.

The matting will take me a full day to custom cut.  SO, I see Sunday or Monday, August 16, 2009 or August 17th, 2009 as the soonest ship date.  Would you like this order RUSH Delivery?  What is your preferred delivery date to your Hotel in Finland?
