For the last couple of weeks I've been corresponding with GlennJohnson58@gmail.com who was seeking to purchase Granite Counter Tops for a new Hotel project in Trinidad. I provided him with a quotation and within a week he contacted me to order them. He provided two separate visa cards which he requested we charge $5,000.00, $5,000.00 and $992.00 to one and $5,000.00 and $5,000.00 to the second for a total of $20,992.00. The first credit card was approved instantly. The second card was declined and within 24 hours he provided a third card which was instantly approved. He requested the order to be shipped to:

When this order began to seem to good to be true we started checking, found this website and called the credit card company and found all 3 cards given by Mr. Glenn Johnson were reported stolen by the rite-full owners.

When Mr. Glenn Johnson  called our office for the second time today Feb. 1/11 to check on the disposition of his order and when were we going to pay the shipping company, we suggested there had  been a problem earlier today when the Police informed us the cards he had used were stolen, the phone line went dead, and he will no longer return emails.

Remember, "Buyer beware when it sounds to good to be true it generally is"

So much glad to learn this important message from Brain B. Today I also got a mail from "glennjohnson58@gmail.com", in which Mr Glenn Johnson informed me he wanted to buy 5 units of absoulte black granite countertops and asked me if we can accept the major credit cards or not.

It is the first time to receive his mail, but to my surprise, he sends this mail to himself and BCC to me not CC, I am puzzed with such behaviour, regard it as junk mail or scammed email. So I search his information on the internet and learn such news from Brain B. Thanks!  I will delete such junk mail and prevent his mail.

Thank you for sharing these information. My parents almost got scammed, luckily I thought something wasn't right.

Every time I emailed him back, I kept asking for his phone number, but he never gave it to us. I thought it was weird how he didn't. Then I finally gave him the price and he sent this email:

Again, I find all this really weird, so i googled the shipping company, but couldn't find their website. I told my parents that it seemed fishy. WHY DOES A SHIPPING COMPANY NOT HAVE A WEBSITE? But my parents decided to go with it. So I contacted the shipping company and this was their response:

We contacted Kelvin Roland and told him the price. Then he finally talked to us over the phone. He provided us with 2 credit cards. He didn't seem to care about the price said he'll use that company. Then he emailed again:
*Hello,need more of the order and my friend's too wants to order some the
units so u need for us to work fast so we can do more business,Have you here
from the shipping company and also because of the limit on the card,You have
to run $5,000 on the card first and after that you put the remaining balance
on it again at the same time.So you will do it two separate transaction at
the same time.

My mom went to the bank to wire the money to them, but the bank said we needed the bank account holder's address. So my mom told me to call Michael Buzzard. I did and he didn't pick up. I kept having doubts about this, so I googled the account holder's name: Julien Boakye and found this site. I called my parents right away and told them that it's a scam. I told my mom to find out if those credit cards were stolen, unfortunately we won't find out until tomorrow. My parents wanted to print all the emails out and bring them to the police so they can investigate this. We just received an email from this Michael Buzzard as I'm typing this. It's scary how we almost got scammed. I hope this information will help others from being scammed. Everyone please be careful.

I smelled a scam right away. The business man in me decided to at least go through the motions in case it was a legitimate job. I received an email via our website from Dr. García Padilla Antonio [3490552@gmail.com] I did a search of the shipping company he reccomended and found this site. Thanks. Hi, I'm Rom Canada and I think I've got scammed here for 13,300. A girl calls herself Sanda Imoro Black and young. I googled her name in and came up with her pic. And yes, she's one of the biggest scammers on. I sent it through a bank. She was going to send 500KL of gold to my name and ship it, and buy her ticket to come to Canada. Boy, did I get it. A good kick in the butt.
